“I visited the Bethesda Fidelity location in order to make a deposit into a newly opened account, having the check in hand for a UTMA account. The representative was very pleasant and understood quickly; she deposited the check and gave me a receipt. While I was awaiting the receipt, I heard another rep very patiently talking to a customer who wanted to cash out some funds. It was explained to him that Fidelity wasn't a bank with cash on hand, and she gave him a number of ways he could get his money in cash. She did not get impatient but explained very well his options.
