After reading reviews and reaching out to dealer, decided to contact
[email protected], all he said is that somebody would be reaching out to me and never did. Had my vehicle serviced for a pre purchase inspection in July. Car was garaged after service for little less than 2 weeks and was pulled out for car wash. Upon detailing, there was noticeable deep scratches on the grill and around the it that had been covered with touch up paint. Notified Jeff, Mike & Wesley from Euromotor Cars of Bethesda. Brought the vehicle in for them to see. I requested information/details/videos/photos of my vehicle being serviced that day. They provided video of vehicle of an employee doing pre service inspection, emphasizing on two areas that clearly had some paint chips and that's it. Video of service from technician was also received. Requested video of vehicle exiting the garage, but received stills instead that did not explain anything. Mike summarized in the email that they "investigated" that the marks were there upon arrival and that if they were to "fix" it with touch up paint that it couldn't have been done in the 3 hours that it was there. And most importantly that time has elapsed, that therefore this could have not been their doing. Time may have elapsed, but cameras do not lie. Avoid this dealer at all cost.

Terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!Never had such terrible service at any mercedes dealerships.The service manger was condescending, with an attitude. Canceled my loaner, don’t even have an uber or lyft!Just had a service at the jeep dealership, super nice and friendly service. The ppl there were super polite! They washed and cleaned the car by hand. Took care of everything, ordered a lyft for pick up and drop off! That’s how it should be!

Charlie has been my service professional for the past 8 years. I cannot recommend him more! He is absolutely terrific and excellent in every way. I actually look forward to getting my car serviced because I know I will get to see him and the work will be done quickly and professionally! Go Charlie!

The service here is sub-par and they are dishonest. They quoted me one price for repairs, which I approved. Then, when I arrived they tried to charge me more for the repairs, which I would have had completed at a different shop had I known the actual price. I also needed a key because I had an old key that was not working. They told me the only possible solution was to order a new key because the key could not be reprogrammed. They ordered the key and did not order the blade, which is part of the key, and they never mentioned was a separate item. When I got there, they told me to use the existing blade from the key that was not working, which did not fit, they then charged me an extra $100 for the blade. They also had a $100 charge on the invoice for programming the key, which they said was not possible. In addition, the car was brought in for a check engine light. They called me to collect the car and when I got in it, the check engine light was still on, and the repairs were not completed, which meant I had to leave the car for another few days. This was incredibly disruptive, and required me to make 2 trips. I asked about a loaner, and the service manager unapologetically refused to provide one. In addition, my service advisor was rude and unsympathetic to the situation as was the service manager. I would stay away, there are other, better dealers in the area.

Complaints about salesman I visited your showroom on October 11, 2021 and met Ricky Oxendine, one of your pre-owned car salesmen, to test drive the 2018 AMG GT Roadster . As your mission states , I hoped to experience the highest quality of service in the industry, from the information provided to personalized care from any of the salesman I encountered , including MR. Oxendine . Although I arrived ready and prepared to purchase the car , unfortunately due to this poor experience on many levels I decided otherwise. I've listed a few of the incidents during the encounter . 1) upon first entering the showroom he immediately asked me for my ID and began to explain that previous customers stole cars while text driving and one person was arrested. 2) when I inquired about the same make and model of the car I was interested in that was listed a few months prior with a reduced price and less miles, he told me the price is the price and stated that I was shell shocked about the amount 3)when it was time to test drive, he said ' Normally we don't let people test drive and put miles on the car unless they are going to buy it . 4) During the test drive he told me to drive with 2 hands on the wheel because he didn't know if I was a good driver or not . 5) He also said that it felt good (sticking it to ) a repeat customer and making him pay full price for a car since in previous purchases he was able to talk hiM down. Overall the manner in which I was treated from the time I walked in until the time I left was unwelcoming , disrespectful and completely unacceptable .

My experience at this dealership is somewhat dated. However; I feel that I have to post it even though this happened sometime ago! I picked out the 350 of my dreams; worked with the salesperson to obtain a sales order to present to my credit union for approval...all good so far! I picked up the check from my CU later that evening and promised the salesman I would return the next day after work to complete the deal. Well; the next morning (9:00am) I'm in a meeting; I get a call from the sales guy asking if I was still coming to Euro; I said yes; after work! I got another call at (1:00pm) again from the sales guy, asking me again if I was still coming; patience gone by now; I said; I told you I would be there after work! I got another call at 3:15 while talking to my director, so I did not answer. When I returned to my office a little later, I called the sales guy and told him that I have the check, but you will not get it because I will not be returning there due to your persistent harrassment and unprofessional behavior...you lost this deal! I hung up!

I took my car there because the roof was leaking 7 months later after dropping the car there more than 7 times and after paying 1400$ to repair it they still cannot find the leak I'm contemplating taking the matter to court though

DO NOT WORK HERE! THE MANAGING SYSTEM IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND PETTY AND WILL FIRE SOMEONE DUE TO THEIR OWN OPINIONS ABOUT YOU. Had a friend who worked here and they fired him bc of the CAR HE DROVE. Like what? How insane. He was a hard worker and never broke any codes of any type of conduct. It's unjust and unlawful of a thing to do to anyone. Did not know a dealer like such would have this kind of work environment! Should not be able to operate under the Mercedes name. Will be filing a higher complaint about this treatment of my friend. This behavior can not be okay or professional at all. The manager can not just decide on people jobs like it is nothing and a joke to him, people work because they need to. And firing a hardworking man with no valid reason and with no prior conversations with him about anything is so insanely unprofessional and shocking.

DO NOT LEASE with Euro Motor Cars unless you want to be endlessly harassed when your lease is coming due. I get phone calls from every associate, all times of day, even after I've asked repeatedly not to be bothered (blocking their calls doesn't work because they keep switching numbers). Funny, when you lease a Mercedes, you would think that you might avoid slimy car sales techniques, but not with these people. Going to Silver Spring next time.

EURO MOTORS has great customer service Departments - SERVICE; LOANER CARS: SALES: TELEPHONE PERSONNEL : AND ALL OTHERS EMPLOYEES. IT IS A PLEASURE to see all economic levels well treated- giving best service even car wash. It is refreshing - VAC-SEW does the same. Not an experience with jewelry stores that treat the very wealthy VERY WELL not all an 18 karot link was turned into 6 karot. GRATEFUL FOR WONDERFUL PEOPLE!

DO NOT COME HERE. I REPEAT. DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP. There are so many other Mercedes dealerships and service providers in this area that to me your time is better spent at Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring or Mercedes Benz of Arlington. The service and care I receive here, does not even come close to matching that of what I have received at other dealerships. It is appalling that this place is allowed to operate under the banner of Mercedes Benz still. I will never go back, and I wouldn't even wish the service department on my worst enemy. Service providers are rude, unaccommodating, and often miss problems on my car only to call me close to pick up time to tell me there are additionally problems. They often put used parts on your car without telling you. Additionally, I've even had problems with the loaner cars having to interrupt my day to return and switch out for another. If the dealership isn't even adequately maintaining their loaner cars, I don't trust them to keep up with my car.

Brand new loaner car caught on fire while it was turned off. Google "Mercedes 2019 catches on fire". House almost blew up. Had the fire department arrived two minutes later, we would have been toast.

I would give 0 stars if I could !!! I don't even know where to start.... Me and @spacex63 had the worst car dealership experience @eurobethesda .?When I purchased my car in 2017 I purchased a wheel, tire, windshield and dent warranty directly through Mercedes. Fast forward, I Dropped my car off Monday for a B service and to have a windshield and tire replaced under warranty. I get a call shortly after I dropped the car off saying they didn't see the warranty in the computer. So I had to drive to the dealership in Silver Spring and spend 3 hours trying to figure out why the warranty wasn't showing up. We figure it out turns out the vin was wrong by 1 digit, I forward the info to Euro Motor cars. Tuesday I get a call saying they will not cover the windshield or tire. So I call Mercedes and get everything straightened out, they call the dealer tell them it's full coverage and they still deny my claim. After that I told them just have my car ready I'm picking it up, Silver Spring Mercedes said they will take care of it all for free. I show up Wednesday morning to pick up my car and get into a heated discussion with the service advisor and service manager. I ask for the GM Charlie and we get walked back to his office. THIS is where everything got weird. We sit down me and Spacex63 and start to explain the issue I was having with their service dept. The GM of the dealer gets mad and treats us like we were criminals. He jumps up slams his hands down in an intimidation tactic tells us to " get the f*** out of my dealership" and proceeds to force us out of his office. The whole time he is telling "you are not going to do s**** "I'm shaking in my boots" he points out my handicap that is when I went off on him and left. I have never in my life been treated so poorly..... I didn't spend all this money on my car and warranties to be berated by a GM in front of customers for just trying to get my car fixed. At this point I have no idea how to move forward with Mercedes. I love AMG but I will never be able to get past how I was treated yesterday by the Mercedes dealership. Needless to say avoid @eurobethesda at all costs !!!! @mercedesbenzusa @eurogermantown @mercedesamg @mercedesbenz

A few months ago we purchased our Brand new 2017 C class sedan!! Ron and the whole staff were amazing as usual!! We can't wait to buy from you again.
