Made a reservation for a normal car online and they refused to give anything besides a large pick-up truck that absolutely would not have worked. Their online service still stated that they had other cars available. Make a reservation elsewhere

Excellent service done in a kind and professional way. Really a big shout out to Neferti who was cheerful and helpful. I was really super impressed by the quick way I got my car all clean and well maintained. I have never had such good service with any other car rentals

Rented a car for a long road trip and Christopher Heredia was THE BEST. Our flight ended up being delayed and he was so communicative and flexible with our pickup options (even offering to stay later so we could get the car after hours) and even gave us an upgrade. All-around a great experience and Chris is a gem who makes the process fun and simple.

Since I own a EV I need to rent a gas powered car from time to time. I have rented car’s from different companies,in different parts of the country so I have some basis for comparison. I cannot say enough goodthings about the Enterprise @Democracy. The two young men who staff it are helpful and friendly. The selection was good considering it’s at a hotel not the airport. I definitely will use them again if I need to rent a car.

I had a great experience at this location. Kennedy was very polite and helpful both over the phone and in person. I couldn't ask for a better customer service than this. I'm definitely going back for rental service again. Thank you Kennedy ?Hadas

Chico gives amazing customer service. He was helpful from beginning to end. Even tried to assist me with giving me a referral to Enterprise to potentially purchase a car. He was friendly and made sure we had the type of car our family needed.

Inside a Hotel near a Mall- not near a Train and they wont pick you up.Understaffed- lucky to get a phone answer. Needed an Insurance rental- that went ok - but had to swap that out as another car rear ended it- that car was at found at fault and was totally destroyed. Yet 'Kennedy' insisted on making us pay collision deductible even though we brought proof of the other Party claiming 100% liability.At the swap today was given a 'weed' car- I mean stinky skunky weed smell- disgusting- what kind of low lifer smokes Weed in a Rental Car-low class. Anyway 'Kennedy' refused to provide a different vehicle. Weed smoke is offensive and strong bad for lungs and caused an allergic reaction- now have to spend our Saturday on another swap........SO inconvenient. And when a car is returned reeking of weed those people should be surcharged and that car should be taken out of the Fleet for a real smoke eradication process- not a quick spray of something equally as awful as the Weed- shame on you Kennedy.

Not a good location to go to. They will tell you that they will have a vehicle for you and when you get there, they will give you something else that you didn't opt for. They operate inside of a hotel and waiting times could be up to 45 minutes...smh!! I won't go to this location anymore and make sure you check your vehicle well before leaving before they hold you responsible for something that you didn't do.

I’m using my backup account to make it well know or how terrible this place is so I called today at 4:00 until 4:30pm I called for a whole 30 minutes to get information on my stuff and not one soul answered It automatically hangs up for you at the 15 minute mark so I called twice an no one answered but before there was ever any issue they would always answer my calls. Every time I’ve ever gone in there there been at least 2 people working you mean to tell me no one could answer the phone for 30 minutes ! You guys not making false claims and then not answering for them.

Pure Scammers ! Gave me a car they had a small dent on the back claiming they already put that into they’re system so I was shocked when I saw after I returned my undamaged, & cleaned vehicle that they were trying to get my insurance to pay for a dent the found on the same side as the previous dent. They claim I did it and that where the dent is they also found “sand” (which I find very hard to believe considering I never took that car to any beach or sandy place plus I vacuumed, & washed it literally 1 hour before I drove it to them (which I have bank statements to prove that with). I’ve also been told several times we’ll send you you receipt, registration, etc to your email but nothing not even the photo proof of the damage I asked for was ever sent to me. (Just as a suggestion to management in the future to avoid getting sued/problems just give your customers paperwork instead of lying and saying you’ll send critical papers to they’re emails instead. Anyways I won’t be letting them get away with this scam so easily so best believe Enterprise my insurance will get a formal statement from me in the morning and if need be I will reach out to my lawyer. Not to mention while I had this car within 1 week & a half the “oil change needed soon” notification popped up along with, the “low windshield fluid” notification as well so obviously you guys don’t keep your cars serviced between uses which is a pure shame for a rental car establishment. Insurance companies should soon stop working with these place if they keep creating false allegations like this.

My husband is a lawyer and while I car was in the shop we needed to rent a car right away We went to Enterprise in McLean Virginia and they were nice and put him in a Mazda CX-5. The 4 day we had the car the oil light went in . We called the McLean Virginia Entrance and asked them what needs to be done to get the oil changed ? They told us that we needed to take it into a shop and that they would pay for it. We had the car for 2 months. When we took it back it was at a Bethesda Maryland Enterprise on Democracy Blvd. A week later my husband received a call from them telling him he put $2,000 dollar's of damages to it . Wow ! My husband was shocked ! He said that has to be a mistake ? I was in the car every day and never saw anything visible wrong with the car . They said $600 for the sensors and something else damaged on the dash ? Clearly they gave us a car that was never serviced and that explains why the oil light went in the first week we had it. My husband is a lawyer and has his own firm and is going to pursue this grossly fabrication offalse damage's that he is being charged with. Please don't ever use this Enterprise in Democracy Blvd in Bethesda. They are totally reckless and dishonest .
