I only put one star because that’s the only way I’m able to leave a review. This is the worst experience I’veever had ordering flowers. We ordered what looked like a beauty arrangement of yellow roses in a vase online. It was for our co worker who is retiring. We received some dry looking pinkish roses with the some little flowers, maybe sweetpeas attached that are not even bloomed. The arrangement looks pathetic. It’s embarrassing that this is what we have to give her. To add insult to injury when we attempted to call the business, an operator comes on the line saying we can help you locate another business because this is not a working number. I will never use the this location again. Please do better. We could have gone to a grocery store and brought much better flowers.

Ordered something yesterday for same-day delivery for a colleague. It just shows order confirmed and it was never delivered as promised. Their phone lines are disconnected. Yay.....

I too never had my gift delivered from Sangamore Rd., Bethesda store. After multiple phone calls I got this number: 203-774-5357 ( appears to be Corporate Headquarters). They confirmed store is closed and said they'd give me a refund. I received email confirmation that order was cancelled - they said it would take 3-5 business days for a refund. I also told them that the Bethesday store is still listed on the Edible website 12/10/21, though it was closed when I ordered from the website on 12/4/21.

TOTALLY disappointed once again with this company. Order was not delivered on the day or the day after or the following day. When I emailed to check on this, they cancelled my order without asking - no apology or explanation. This is the second time they have let me down and I will not be back...

BEWARE this place is a scam. DO NOT give them your money. My delivery for a friend never showed up last Thursday. Their business phone number is disconnected and the corporate line simply says "your order is confirmed" and doesn't give me the option to talk to a customer service agent. I get it's Thanksgiving but why did I pay $15 dollars for a delivery if they weren't going to deliver it?? Never again. Update 12/2/21- 7 days since I placed my order. I still have not received a call or email from the owner. I have not received a refund, my friend still has not received her gift. I've filed complaints with Edible Arrangements and have only received a reference code with a message that the owner would reach to me within 48 hours. This is beyond ridiculous, it is a scam. They take your money and do not deliver! My only option to every get my money back is to physically drive to the store.

Someone wanted to surprise me but was never delivered... the number at the location is not in service. Seriously? If I could rate ZERO, I would.

I placed an order online for a large fruit arrangement on Sunday Sept 19th with requested delivery of September 20. I received a call from Edible Arrangement at 3:37 on the day of delivery saying they had attempted delivery and would try again on Tuesday and include flowers for the delay. I called my son (the recipient) and he had been home all day and also checked his ring recording. No one had attempted a delivery that day. I called back and told them no one had been to the house to deliver and could they verify the address. They had the correct address and acted indignant that I had checked but said they would deliver it for sure on Tuesday with free flowers. Finally delivered at 3:30 after I called again today at 2:30 to check with them. Fruit arrangement arrived but no extras to compensate for non attempted delivery. Will not deal with this Edible Arrangement location again. I have frequently used Edible Arrangements in other locations with excellent results.

Order was a birthday gift with specific date for delivery. Delivery was 2 days EARLY! Not much of a surprise. Disappointed even more because the tag stated Deliver 8/11/2021. Recipient was pleased but told me of date issue. Called Edible but haven't heard back. ?

Sent an arrangement to friends of mine. The driver, Bob, was extremely helpful! He was sure to let me know the delivery was en route, 5 minutes away and that it was delivered and received. Communication was so very helpful and I felt that it made the experience more personal. Thank you to Bob and those at the store for executing everything so well!

Stopped by yesterday to pick up a small bouquet of fruit for my wife. Walked in and was presented with a bouquet of 14 strawberries and 4 pineapple slices. Was shocked to be charged 63 dollars for the very small display. Having now looked online, it looks like it should not have cost more than 40 dollars at most. While I should have walked away, it is to my everlasting shame that I did not. I have used EA on many occasions online but will never again.

Late delivery and extremely poor customer service! The store called the birthday girl and ruined the surprised before delivering the arrangement at 5pm to her office on a Friday. She work at a doctors office 6-3 which I had explained prior to placing my order and I was reassured it would be delivered before 3pm. I managed to get a refund as the arrangement was never delivered only after being hung up in twice and called a liar.

Got an arrangement yesterday - really fresh and delicious. Bob, the delivery person, kept updating me with his ETA so we could be sure the package didn’t sit on the porch in the hot weather. He arrived exactly when he said he would. Great communication! Would definitely recommend based on my first experience!

I placed an online delivery order of edible arrangements for my parents' anniversary. The order was not only delivered as requested but topped by a refreshing conversation with Juliet of Edible Arrangements in Bethesda. My parents enjoyed the variety box! Music to my ears. I will absolutely choose Edible Arrangements for future gift ideas.
