David is very knowledgeable about various coverages and guided me through a recent claim that went through smoothly and I received fast claim payment from Allstate. When Maryland started requiring 10k master policy deductible coverage, David also guided me through selecting extended condo protection. Overall great service from this AllState agency

I feel that you are very expensive but since I've been with you since I was 15.5 yrs old (currently 60 yrs old) it's hard to change. As per David I am grandfathered into a clause that says I can never by dropped by Allstate and having a young driver on my account makes me want to stay with Allstate until she's at least 25 yrs old. I always have a pleasant experience with dealing with David or his office. I have been very loyal to Allstate and just wish I got an additional discount for sticking with you over the years.Thanks for the opportunity to share my experience.Truly,Brenda Jo D'Antoni

Jenny Rodriguez was knowledgeable and happy to help. She was so nice understanding and concerned for our situation. I have never had a bad experience with this office but Jenny was a shining light! I would highly recommend that you work with this office over any other.

Never Again.Be careful when switching from David Vendt: Allstate Insurance to another insurance company. While on leave from active-duty military orders, I discovered that Allstate had sent a debt I accrued (i.e. cancellation fee) while on orders to a collection agency in a very short amount of time (less than 60 days after the original due date of the payment) AND with very little to no attempt to notify me of an outstanding bill. Allow me to reiterate my frustration with the lack of notice provided by this office and the unusually short timespan before they sent my records to collections. While I understand there’s ‘no set rule’ for this situation, I am extremely irritated that I was not given the proper notice and grace period all while I was on deployment and therefore, did not have access to mail and had limited access to phone/email. I am now having to deal with a collection agency and risk my credit history/score being negatively impacted because of this office’s inconsiderate actions.

THANKS SO MUCH JENNY RODRIGUEZ!!!! You were an absolute pleasure to work with! Jenny you assisted with my son's auto policy, which I had told him to search around two weeks ago, and OF COURSE he waited until two days before his "other company" policy expired!!! That didn't stop you from providing top notch service and getting it all done with plenty of time to spare AND the fact you got him and even lower premium than his current policy!!! You were very efficient in every aspect of the process. Thank you again for everything! Patty + Kaleb

Very Disappointed. I have been a client in good standing with Kevin for over six years. When I had a flood at a rental property, he really let me down. Allstate refused to pay me $14,000+ in lost rental income after a flood left my rental property unrentable during repairs. When I pushed back, Kevin was of no help and never even called me to discuss. He just left me to the national claims team, and they found a clause on page 68 of the policy that had obscure language. Since I was "between renters" getting the carpet replaced and wall repainted they would not pay me lost rent. They alluded to me getting a lawyer if I disagree with them. Kevin and his team were of no help every after repeated requests for help. Allstate covered the damages but not the lost rent. Which... was 100% part of the policy. Sure, enough Allstate found a loophole and in my opinion Kevin and his team facilitated the bait and switch.

I can say enough good things about how helpful Jenny Rodriguez was in helping us cancel our flood insurance after selling our house. She figured out what needed to be done and in a very timely manner followed up and guided us through the steps. Just excellent@! Thanks.

You'll notice all the 5 star reviews aren't for people who've actually had to file a claim. Save yourself the frustration and go with another insurance company. A massive tree fell on our house and they didn't do a thing, acted like they couldn't care less and told me to call the 800 number. It's now been 6 weeks and we still don't have a check from all state. My neighbors across the street had major damage the same day and got their check from Geico in a week. I don't know what we pay these people for, and will be switching as soon as we can.

My family chose Allstate over other insurance companies because of the Vendt business associates’ high level of professionalism, responsiveness, treating all customers with respect and dignity. They are very honest in explaining their insurance coverage options available and also offer the best guidance throughout the process. When ever I call the Vendt office, staff always sounded eager & ready to address any concerns I may have. I strongly recommend this insurance to anyone looking for peace of mind.
