No one to attend to pharmacy phone calls. I am holding for 40 minutes and nothing. The app doesn't answer questions to remove the hold on prescriptions. To request refill on holds, they want me to call pharmacy and I m on non stop music and app info from last 40 minutes. Do frustrating

Pharmacy workers seem like they're not experiencing good working conditions I've been 3 times in the past four days while sorting something out Each time I've had a different person with a super bleak attitude and it seems wildly crowded back there
