DO NOT get your photos developed here. I filled out a whole form to develop photos with my contact information and everything. But. They dont notify you when your photos are done developing and they dont give you a timeframe. You just have to keep calling to see if they’re done. And if you don’t pick them up, they throw away your photos. So. You will not know when the photos are done, you have to keep calling and if you don’t hit the magic window, they’ll throw them out!

Avoid at all costs, unless you have all day to wait in line! I knew I’d regret coming here, but I had a prescription for a medication thats not readily in stock at most pharmacies. My prescription required me to bring the physical copy (it wasn’t an option for it to be sent electronically). From drop off to check out was 43 minutes for a prescription that was a sealed bottle and didn’t require pill-counting.

Went to go pick up my meds after their lunch break. Waited ten minutes then they opened and the lady who rings me up is a black youngish girl and she caught a temper with me after I picked up my meds and put them in my bag because she put them on the counter and walked away. I wait ten minutes and she comes back looking for the same meds that she put down ten minutes ago and I say I have them. She then rudely takes them from me and throws a plastic bag my way before shoving my items in the bag and saying that I take the items from her after the receipt prints out basically mocking me. Will unfortunately have to come here again but teach your employees some manners.

If you can, go somewhere else. This pharmacy claims 24 hours and when you call them it hangs up on you. They barely get back to you voicemails. In person they are OK I guess but I would recommend giants or Safeway.

I had an appt at the minute clinic inside of this CVS. My appt was for 3:40pm. How is someone else being called back before me at 3:45?! At 4:20, I’m still sitting here waiting. No one has come to apologize for the wait or keep me updated on when I will be seen. This is ridiculous.

You need to fire all the pharmacists working there. They are completely rude, disorganized and your medication is never ready when you need it (Hours and Days later). I am filing a complaint with the BBB and have elevated this to the attorney general under the consumer protection department. I advise everyone do the same as they are messing with everyone's health and well being and that is completely unacceptable. Every other CVS is not this bad and they need to shut the Bethesda Store down. Looking at the reviews below, everyone is saying the same thing and I will not rest until this has been addressed.

Food was almost 2 weeks expired and when I brought to to their attention. The manager kept talking over me stating that it was checked yesterday.

Somehow they need to lock up toothpaste and laundry detergent, waited 10 minutes for a 6$ bottle of toothpaste. By the inside of the store you would think we are in chiraq.

Dude was on his phone at work, playing with his keys instead of doing his job.

I hate this pharmacy so much. I got some medication sent here. I then got a notification that one couldn’t be filled and that I should call the pharmacy. Once you make it through the complicated and slow automated options that are CLEARLY DESIGNED TO KEEP YOU FROM TALKING TO A PHARMACIST, you can finally get connected to the pharmacy — where you have the great honor of leaving a voicemail. A pharmacy has one job: give you your medication. Guys, do your one job.

I can't vouch for the other reviews, however I've never encountered any issues at this location. Tiffani in the pharmacy and the rest of the staff have always been kind, forthcoming and knowledgeable. The customer service and item availability is why I return to locations. Tiffani's customer service and what I needed to purchase is why I'll be returning. Thanks for hiring a strong team
