I hate this pharmacy so much. I got some medication sent here. I then got a notification that one couldn’t be filled and that I should call the pharmacy. Once you make it through the complicated and slow automated options that are CLEARLY DESIGNED TO KEEP YOU FROM TALKING TO A PHARMACIST, you can finally get connected to the pharmacy — where you have the great honor of leaving a voicemail. A pharmacy has one job: give you your medication. Guys, do your one job.

I can't vouch for the other reviews, however I've never encountered any issues at this location. Tiffani in the pharmacy and the rest of the staff have always been kind, forthcoming and knowledgeable. The customer service and item availability is why I return to locations. Tiffani's customer service and what I needed to purchase is why I'll be returning. Thanks for hiring a strong team

I ordered 2 items for pick up on Friday. 3 days later I get an email saying my order was cancelled. I called them and explained that it was a holiday weekend and I was picking it up today and they refused!! No where in the order does it say they can cancel it after 3 days. How unacceptable! Manager was very unhelpful and provided no explanation. Told me to call customer service!

I would give this pharmacy ZERO stars if that were an option. I tried using this pharmacy for at least 2 to 3 years and it is the absolutely WORST. AVOID this pharmacy. Every time I went back because that was the pharmacy my doctors had on file, I regretted it. Every time I went there was an issue. The staff and the pharmacists are disorganized and incompetent. When they screw things up, there is no customer service and they never apologize for their mistakes. They have lost prescriptions I prepaid for and the prescriptions are never ready even when the app says they are ready for pick up. I have transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy and will never go back. They are the WORST.

wow, wow, wow. This is one of the worst cvs in the dmv. The manager just falsely accussed an elderly african american man of stealing. He was then loudly talking about how he wanted to "catch" other customers stealing. ie falsely accussing them of stealing. Since he came along the store has gotten worse,he is really driving it into the ground.

Awful awful, awful pharmacy. Avoid at all costs! Refusal to look for a presciption faxed by my doctor that they "cannot see in the system" but that my doctor did send to them the day before (and I showed them the copy olf the prescription, fax and sent receipt), asks that the doctor resend his prescription which he did this morning, so I would get the prescriptions before my departure on a long trip today to Asia. Rush back to the pharmacy, arrive at 1.29 pm, a client is in front of me, 1.32 when I get to the counter, " sorry we are closed now from 1.30 to 2 pm announces the head pharmacist, and closes the curtain , so I do not end up gettiong my medicine despite m y pleading to allow 3 minutes off her lunch break so I would leave with the medication on this 2 month trip. Awful attitude, a prison guard in an artic prison in Russia would probably handle the situation better and with more courtesy. Customers, run, run away from that CVS, and find yourself another pharmacy! There is no reason such attitude should be tolerated by CVS management, and as long as this is the case in CVS sangamore, chose another pharmacy, it will be less stressful.

This is the worst CVS. Completely understaffed but also the pharmacist often doens't know answers to important questions (e.g. does this medicine contain something I'm allergic to) and offers to call me rather than deal with it in person to get me to go away but never has or makes up wrong information because he's lazy (e.g. told me my prescriptions don't appear on the app for the last year because the app must be down, despite the app clearly showing my daughter's prescriptions and being up)... again offers to call me back since he doesn't want to deal with it, but never does. the lines are so bad that we've had to switch pharmacies as it takes hours to pick up a prescription.

Two times in a row the drive-through had something wrong. They asked me to come inside, where they bafflingly do not mask. When I pointed this out to the staff and how it makes the store inaccessible to high risk people like myself, they stopped trying to help altogether. Ableist and ridiculous policies and behavior.
