I've been coming to this practice for over two years. The staff is always TOP TIER with patient-staff service. The office is clean and inviting. Even the Labcorp staff member in the Lab office is wonderful and friendly.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Venuka Wick at Comprehensive Primary Care in Bethesda, MD, and I am thoroughly impressed with the experience. Dr. Wick is an exceptional doctor who was incredibly thorough and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. Her attention to detail and genuine care for my well-being made me feel completely at ease.
The entire process, from scheduling the appointment to the consultation itself, was seamless. The front desk staff, especially Nurse Jennifer, were truly exceptional. Jennifer's professionalism and kindness were evident from the moment I walked in. She made sure all my paperwork was in order and answered any questions I had with a smile.
The level of care and service provided at Comprehensive Primary Care is unparalleled. The team's dedication to patient-centered care with respect, dignity, and compassion is evident in every interaction. I am amazed by the quality of service and would highly recommend Dr. Wick and the entire team at Comprehensive Primary Care to anyone seeking top-notch medical care.

The online appointment scheduler is ridiculous, and when I call there are 10+ people ahead of me. The form has no option for letting you see available time slots, only allows you to send a request, and only shows one provider at a time. It gave me an appointment time 3 months away. When I try to reschedule, the online form won't let me submit because the text form doesn't allow me to type in my phone number.

Dr. Cohen saved my dad’s life. He left the emergency room and went to see her as a follow up. She thought to take some blood tests that the ER didn’t, and when they came back she told him to check himself back in. The cardiovascular surgeon in the ER said if my dad waited to the next day, he wouldn’t be around anymore. Thank you, Dr. Cohen. Eternally grateful.My dad always talks about how great Jennifer is as well!

My partner and I just moved here recently and have had great experiences with this office. Dr. Bray is very kind and knowledgeable, and Brooke has gone above and beyond to help me afford and obtain my medications. Thank you all so much!

Over the years I’ve seen how CPC’s quality of services get worse and worse. They used to have really good Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, front desk staff. Now whenever I make an appointment, the schedule on their end gets messed up and they have to reschedule, or they Nurse Practitioners call back themselves saying not sure why I am scheduled at the time they are not in the office. In the past 2-3 years I’ve had 4 Nurse Practitioners because all the good ones have left. This place used to be a real pleasure to visit because I know they take good care of patients. Not anymore. Gotta switch to another practice soon I cannot stand this place for another visit.

People were nice.Still have received no information on how to retrieve my lab results.My arm was bruised after getting my blood drawn. I called because I was concerned and they tried to charge me copay to have it looked at despite the cause being them. Here is my arm for reference one week after my appointment.

I am truly shocked to see the positive reviews here. I think Comprehensive Primary Care is the worst practice I have ever dealt with. I support an elderly patient with a terminal diagnosis and she has been failed and mistreated by the practice on multiple occasions. We have had to wait endlessly to speak with someone (often there are more than 17 callers in line before us), we have been hung up on when we've asked complicated questions, appointments have been cancelled at the last minute because they were scheduled when the doctor was not even in the office, test results have never been delivered or followed up on. It's just shockingly atrocious. The only piece they are efficient with is sending their bills. I can only think that those with positive experiences are in fairly good health because they clearly are delinquent in their ability to support the frail and very ill.
