I have been going to community radiology for many many years and I always been treated with best treatment from the receptionist and from all staff who take my X-rays , cad scans or ultra sounds . They are the best team especially st Bethesda Rocklege Drive ,Md .Just I am glad to share my experiences with other patients.

I was attended as soon as I arrived, the girls in the reception were efficient and kind. The technician that took care of me was clear and very profesional iin his explanation . Also respectful and kind. I’m very satisfied with the overall quality of the service

From all the bad reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect - but went in for a simple MRI - the staff I talked to in the call center before the visit were nice and helpful then the visit itself was very easy. The gentleman that conducted the MRI and the front desk person were all very nice and efficient. Overall a good, quick, no nonsense visit.

The staff was very thorough and polite and facility clean.I was a little nervous but staff was very calming. My MRI did not take long and I had peace of mind.

From their online user experience through appointment check-in and procedure, everything was seamless. I was able to get a quick appointment and was seen on time. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Great experience.

One of the worst x-ray experiences I’ve ever had. The technician was rude and abrasive. She behaved as though I had personally offended her. I came in due to knee pain that caused me to limp. She butchered my name, I politely corrected her, she continued to butcher it anyway. Straight off the bat she rushed off down the hall the moment the door to the waiting room closed and we were away from everyone. When we were alone in the exam room she proceeded to manhandle my knees and press on the areas that were causing me pain until I asked her to stop and to be more gentle. Her bedside manner was horrendous and I felt as though she was inflicting more pain on me on purpose. She may have had some prejudice towards me because I don’t know why else she would be so aggressive to a complete stranger to the point of causing additional pain. This technician was a white woman with blonde curly hair working on Friday, March 1st at 4:30 pm.
