“This location really is amazing. Ive frequented the Forever 21 in Montgomery Mall for the past 2 years. Every time I visit the store, what stands out is how clean and organized it is. The store is pretty big and has a large selection of clothing and accessory items for all different fashion tastes. I always am able to leave the store with an affordable new full outfit, piece or accessory. The staff at this location are all very helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience. Every time I go into the store they are working to make the experience an easygoing one - always organizing and ready to assist me whether it’s with finding a particular item or size. I’ve had the opportunity to meet Joshua, who is amazing and clearly keeps everything running smoothly. This location is definitely the best in the area.”
“I make it a point to write positive reviews where warranted because I am a retail manager and have seen first hand truly outstanding service go unrecognized, yet let the customer experience the smallest thing they don't like and they are quick to stop everything to write a bad review on Google or Yelp.This is not type of store that I normally shop at, nor my style, but they do have things that I like from time to time. More important, they have some wonderful staff members who make great suggestions and are very welcoming. One staff member in particular is a huge reason for many repeat customers, including myself, my staff members, other mall workers and customers off the street. His name is Mark and he is the main reason I choose to shop in the store. His customer service, personality, attention to the customers needs, ability to listen and commitment to providing the best service is something that is unfortunately missing in many retail locations these days. I've sent many of my own customers to the store and told them to ask for him and they have thanked me for the referral. If I had an open position, I would recruit him immediately. I even introduced him to my District Manager who wanted to find a position for him in one of our locations.If you make it to Montgomery Mall and plan to shop at Aeropostale, ask for Mark. We have reviewed studies at my own brand that revealed that people want to be serviced by individuals, not cookie cutter, uniform wearing staff members and his look makes him stand out in a positive way. The store manager must be commended for making the decision to hire this young man and nurture him in his role because he represents gold standard service, dedication and work ethic.”
“This is a very small shop located inside the Westfield Montgomery mall. It has a nice men’s section but a smaller women’s area. I was looking for the new spring tops but they didn’t have them at this location. They have an excellent candle selection though!”
“My favorite store! This is the best urban outfitters in the DMV. I have visited most of them and the thing that always makes the difference is the staff! The staff here is always so kind and helpful, they are attentive specially in the fitting rooms! I feel like they always have the best clothing selection here as well, any other store I go to I never find the item I’m looking for, but I always seem to have luck here! Anyways 10/10!!!!”
“I don’t know where Under Armour found two of the nicest employees I’ve ever encountered, but Micoh and Edward at the Montgomery County Mall store were amazing. I initially came in to return a pair of shoes, but the sale rack caught my eye, and I was impressed by the variety of styles and fits Under Armour offers. I’d never tried on their pants before, but I quickly fell in love with the quality and fit. There was one pair I really loved, but unfortunately, they were defective.
Micoh helped me during my visit and went above and beyond to try to locate the same pants for me. He never rushed me and was patient, even though the internal ordering system seemed outdated and took almost 30 minutes to process my transaction. Despite the challenges, Micoh didn’t give up and advised me to come back the next day so he could assist me further.
When I returned, I met Edward, who was just as incredible. Although it took him another solid 20 minutes to place my order, he never made me feel like an inconvenience. He was knowledgeable about the brand and made the whole experience enjoyable. Honestly, he might have just turned me into a lifelong customer. As someone who typically wears Lululemon and other high-end athletic brands, I’m new to Under Armour, but thanks to Micoh and Edward, I’m definitely a fan now. Their dedication and service were top-notch!”
“Decided to take a drive down from Detrick to check out the NEX. I have family in VA Beach so we miss all that the navy exchange has to offer in comparison to the army PX. Parking was easy, covered, and a ton of space. There was a great selection of skin care, purses, clothing, and hygiene. Fair selection of electronics. Shoe selection was a little smaller than what we're use to and there was virtually no toy selection (my son was disappointed). Overall, 1000x better than the Px near home but the NEX in VA Beach and Norfolk set a high bar.”

“Don't shop at J Crew but my fiance did buy a suit here for our wedding. One of the sales associates (or maybe he's a manager?) and I can't remember his name, it might have been Porter? He was very helpful on helping my fiance find the right suit and was accomodating on multiple visits. He was friendly and engaging. I give him 5 stars on customer service! I hope I got the right name.”

“Highly recommend this store and the company. The clothing feels premium and the fittings are simple. Tops are either regular fit or slim fit and the pants/shorts are straight fit(slim) or relaxed fit where the ankle is less tapered. So no matter what top or bottom you get, they are exactly the same fit. If you buy $300 dollars worth you get I think 20% or 25% discount and a 25% military discount. They have a myID 25% military discount for online purchases. The customer service was impeccable and you really felt welcomed!”
“I'll be honest, I have never been in a Vineyard Vines before but I needed a size exchange for a Christmas gift I received. I truly hope all of their customer service was as good as Erol provided. (My bad on the spelling of your name, dude!) He ran me through my options in the shop. When they didn't work out since the shirt I had was out of stock at this location, he walked me through the very seamless way to get my size online. It was one of the easiest exchanges I have experienced. I was impressed with everything in my visit. Too bad I was in a rush so I couldn't shop a bit.”

The man who helped was I believe was the store managers. He was literally giving help to every single customer by himself with so much of positivity. “First time I had gone into this store and I really enjoyed my shopping experience! The quality of clothing is top-notch and very much worth the investment, I know my purchases will last me years (similar quality to a lot of other high quality athleisure wear). Not to mention the message behind the company: a lot of the clothing is recycled material which is absolutely amazing. Sales associate, Jalen, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during me and my friend's first time in the store and we will most definitely be back!”
