Most stations have 24/7 pumps, and while this one doesn’t, that’s not even the problem. The issue is that there is no indication that the pumps are turned off. All of the lights are on, the gas pumps still take your credit card, ask you to select a grade, and then asks that you start pumping your gas. You try pumping, and lo and behold, no gas.
This has happened twice to me now, once on a holiday, and the other around 10pm. If you’re going to shut off your pumps, then how about notify people and give them an indication that your are closed, don’t have them go through the entire process for nothing.

I've been going to John at Westbard Citgo for years. I used to say he had fair prices and did good work. Not anymore. Ever since he merged with his brother Jimmy he's been taking advantage, recommending work that doesn't need to be done and charging outrageous Millennial prices.Jan. visit - 2011 Hyundai, asked check for any water damage and minor front right brake noise. Diagnosed no problems, but "found" it needed $1,200 in engine mounts all around. Still has minor noise. After my last visit I'm certain this was unnecessary work and a huge charge for an old car.Aug. visit - same old 2011 Hyundai, asked for an oil change and check again for minor front right brake noise. This time he found $2,100 for two calipers, 1 disk rotor, and some fluids. Now I know I'm being taken. I went in to complain. John said it needed the work and he charges wholesale for parts, meaning he doesn't take any margin, that's bologna.For an old car and a minor front right brake noise, John charged me $3,300!!! Blue Book value ~$11,000. See my point?

I have been here a few times for flat tires and minor items. Their pricing is very reasonable and repairs are done very timely without an appointment. I don’t feel like they try to upsell you on unnecessary like our dealership does. Nice neighborhood location and would highly recommend.

This is our go-to service center. They have always been honest and fair, alerted us to upcoming issues (great for budgeting purposes), and we have never had a repair that failed or required additional fine-tuning.

I. Had a flat tire. I have AAA and called them. The prIce that AAa was higher than theprice to fix the flat was higher than Citgo. I took it over aardvark within 5 minutes, done and out the door. This is really a great neighborhood gas station. Terrific service and reasonably priced. And within the Westbard neighborhood.

Had a screw in my tire on a Sunday. Not only could they fix it but the tire did not need to be plugged, so no charge! Great help!
