I was a bit concerned about access when I had to make my way to a relatively urban physical branch. All of my previous interactions with this firm have been online or by telephone; this is the first time I have needed personal assistance, which speaks well for the organization. I was pleased to discover that is an easily found, convenient location with parking validation. I was seen on a quiet weekday afternoon and received prompt and accurate assistance with a couple of small issues by a congenial and knowledgeable gentleman. My questions were answered, changes and corrections made on the spot in a helpful and professional manner. Kudos to management for Mr R Boies, who took the time to make this a pleasant and efficient experience.

Such a hard branch to access right off the street! But the attendants are really nice and understanding. The level of customer service in person is great but I can never get them over the phone at the branch.

Nice Grand Opening last week. I have been a Schwab client for over thirty years and have seen the investment options expand to meet customer needs putting clients interests first. I would recommend Schwab to any individual investor.

I was looking for a Schwab location to discuss ideas about investing some money. I wanted to deposit over $500,000. I called and left a couple messages with Giselle C Colavita but she never called back (It's been eight days). You'd think they would be more interested in doing business with higher net worth customers. I'll start looking for a different branch.

The best banking experience I've had. From the very friendly staff tithe exceptional banking and trading services; it would be hard to match at another organization at this level. They don't charge most fees that regular banks do
