I went to have my screen repaired before a long term international trip. The person that repaired my phone was short tempered and seemingly rushed through the job. A month later, my screen lost touch and had pixel bursts on the right side. I did not drop the phone nor was there any water damage... it just stopped working. Two weeks later, the screen has completely gone black. Their response when I called was "Bring the phone back in we'll take a look." I am still abroad, I don't have the luxury of going back to this location. I am now international without a functioning phone due to their poor service. If the repair was done correctly, I would have no issues.

I was looking for a place to have my old iPhone battery replaced. So while in the Westfield Montgomery Mall I stopped by this kiosk to have the work done.
The employee was very friendly and professional and told me to come back in 35 minutes. Arrived 30 minutes later, and he was finishing up the battery replacement.
It's been about a week and it works very well. No issues.
FYI.... Besides repair work, they also have a large selection of accessories for smartphones and tablets.

Just go to Apple and pay $100 more , it’s worth it: I fixed the screen of two phones here and after doing that , they glitch (bluish screen ) , drains battery too fast. I thought this was an issue only my phone but after looking up online from Apple support , it is an indicator of cheap parts installed . I came back to complain and the tech refused to acknowledge because one screen had a crack basically because of the cheap screen installed . The other phone does not have a crack but still glitches and can’t hold charge as before screen was replaced. I’ll post videos if it later

Lied to me on the phone about the price. Installed the wrong color back plate. Installed the back plate incorrectly and was no longer water proof.Told me $300 for a screen replacement over the phone. When I get there the price is now $400. I was very clear about the brand and version over the phone but they claimed I misspoke. Should have left then but I was in a rush.They claimed it would be like a factory repair and that I was in good hands. The repair took a regular amount of time. When come back to retrieve my phone the back plate is a completely different color than the original. I wasn't made aware of this before they took my phone.I have a case so I didn't mind at first. Used my phone as I normally did an accidentally dropped it into the sink. My phone SHOULD be IP68 water and dust proof. For some reason water got INTO the phone. This rendered my phone unusable. Water even got into the camera lenses.Went back to them and they blamed me until I showed that I could use my finger to peel the back plate off. They replaced it for free but now the internal components are likely corroded and my service is spotty and unreliable. This has resulted in countless dropped calls.This all happened months ago but another phone call was dropped because of their negligence and I wanted other people to be aware.The technician was amenable and almost apologetic. He's the only reason the review is not one star. The manager was not at all reliable. I recommend going to one of the other stores in the mall for a replacement.
