Capital Compounding has been my go-to compounding pharmacy since 2019, and I can confidently say that it's the best one I've ever used. The main Pharmacist, Zack, is quite knowledgable and always takes the time to answer all of my many questions. It is always a joy seeing him and the rest of the staff.

My experience with Capital Compounding has been nothing short of outstanding. As someone who relies on a specialized medication, having a pharmacy that not only prepares it with precision but also invests time in patient education is invaluable. As a PTSD patient, it was important to know that the pharmacy staff I was dealing with were compassionate and understanding. Capital Compounding has exceeded my expectations in every regard.Zach, the pharmacist, stands out as a prime example of what healthcare should look like. He's not just dispensing medication; he's actively involved in ensuring that patients have a comprehensive understanding of their treatment. On multiple occasions, he has generously taken the time to discuss the mechanics of the medication, which has greatly enriched my understanding of my own treatment.In times of need, Capital Compounding also goes the extra mile (quite literally!). They have arranged for my medication to be delivered urgently via courier, showcasing their commitment to patient well-being.In an age where personalized care is becoming increasingly rare, Capital Compounding is a beacon of hope. Their dedication to their craft and their patients is evident, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of compounded medications; my one gripe is that I can't use them for everything!

This is the best pharmacy I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Zack especially has been continuously helpful since I started going here for my Ketamine after I started Ketamine therapy in April, 2023. The payment portal they have is so easy and fast whether you're picking up or having it delivered. The explanations of how my medicine works and the effects Zack spent time telling me as opposed to chain pharmacies. This is a compounding pharmacy that has specialties and I know mine has a lot of ingredients and they're always done by the time specified. All in all you can't go wrong here!

Edit: The pharmacist was more than helpful fixing the issue and took his time to clear up any confusion.Recently received a shipment of meds requiring refrigeration. Even though they knew it was 100F+ outside they sent my meds in a foil lined envelope. When it arrive the cold packs themselves were much hotter than 100F. Meds requiring cold storage should be shipped in styrofoam, I would think a pharmacy that does this much business with troches would know that.

Very friendly, competent and knowledgeable staff. By far the best pharmacy I have used. This is my first time using the pharmacy and the person on the phone truly seemed to care about my prescription. He provided education about the medication without me asking and he did it in a very patient and not rushed manner. Highly recommend.

This company is amazing they not only lowered the price for me because I couldn’t afford it the owner also gave me enough medicine to get by for 2 weeks and let me pay for the whole prescription on my payday. Definitely the best customer service in this area!!

This is an extraordinary company that really cares about its customers. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and committed to making sure his clients receive personal attention and impeccable service. Over the years I've probably used a dozen different compounding pharmacies in New York, California and the Washington DC area, and I can tell you that- Capital Compounding is in a league all its own. Really, I can't say enough good things about this place. I know I sound like a commercial but it's truly how I feel. Highly recommended.

I'm now in the Kaiser system, after years of frustration with ever-changing health insurance plans and constant reshuffling of networks and providers. The downside of this simplified system is that, in some aspects of health care, Kaiser's "standard of care" is far lower than I want and need. So, despite the additional cost, I see some health care practitioners outside the Kaiser system. My integrative MD introduced me to Capital Compounding and I have used them for several years now and am always delighted by their professionalism, efficiency, and care for their customers. In very recent appointments at Kaiser, two of my Kaiser doctors and one senior pharmacist all expressed regret that the Kaiser formularies are too limited for my needs and actually encouraged me to continue using Capital Compounding Pharmacy. Kaiser simply cannot meet all my pharmaceutical needs. I cannot recommend Capital Compounding highly enough.

I would highly recommend using Capital Compound Pharmacy. Zachary was a pleasure to work with. I had a specific need for a medication and he saw to it that I got it in a timely manner. He really went over and beyond. This is the only pharmacy I’ll use for special compounds.
