Today was our first time ever at a BAB Workshop & we were not disappointed. The whole process is so cute, and the birthday bears are an awesome touch. Jessica was so helpful and polite!

First time at a build a bear location, giving my twins the experience the company offers based on its slogan, "The Most Fun You'll Ever Make." Unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant experience. One of the workers started to complain loudly to her co-worker about us removing the display. No signage was posted for the public to know the displays couldn't be touched...cool. But the grandma went up to the cashier with the dispaly and asked where she could find the specific outfit, and the cashier was so shocked or upset, trying to find her bearing to speak . She scolded my mother with a smile and a friendly high-pitched voice in an attempt to make it seem justified. Nevertheless, I feel the level of customer service I was expecting was missed, and maybe some proper training would be helpful. The product sells no questions asked, but when you have employees who look annoyed and speak to the elderly in an unpleasant manner. That drives business down. Her co-worker was really nice(I didnt grab her full name but started with an F) she saved the moment. she helped us from start to finish. kudos to her. The other not so much she would do well working in at MVA where they pride themselves in attitude.

As we stand here in Build a Bear. Our first time here and no acknowledgement from anyone. We are pretty much walking around and trying to figure things out. Very unfortunate as my daughter was super excited to be here. Do better.

Every time I have visited, the staff has been kind and matched my energy. They even allowed me to place a weight into my newest bear now that I have an ASD diagnosis. I would love to be taken here on any occasion
