“Quattro was helpful and responded to emails as well as phone calls (not every auto shop has or uses emails, so this was a big plus for me!). Their price estimate was in the middle range of the estimates I received, but they promised to get the work done most quickly (4-5 days for what I needed) and DID get the car fixed quickly (4 days)! I also really appreciate that they detailed the inside of the car (it was so clean!) and fixed the “check tire pressure” light that had been in broken for over a year (even though that’s not why I brought my car in). Overall, I would recommend!”
“Took me without an appointment on a busy morning. Luigi looked at our right front fender liner, then 1) replaced a missing clip to secure liner to fender and 2) because the liner is broken, couldn't affix a missing bolt. "But you're good to go," he said. "You need a new fender liner but it's not an emergency." No charge. Refused a $20 "thank you." Best to call for an appointment. Open 7:30 AM - 5:30 M-F and 9 AM-noon Saturdays. Plus, btw, cordial welcome from staff and a clean, cool, capacious waiting area.”

The tech who welcomed me to the site was very kind (in my 10+ years living in the area - one of the most earnest service employees I’ve encountered). My appointment commenced as scheduled and they greeted me by name. He also promptly called me when the job was almost finished so I’d have enough time to return as it was done. I was hesitant by the other reviews but my experience was a five star in costumer service, service, and efficiency. The windshield looks great. I’ll have to clean my car now but that’s to be expected after such a job as replacing the windshield… I’m grateful my insurance company recommended that I bring my vehicle here.
