I was at the store to buy a gift for my girlfriend and I was very well assisted by Andrea. She helped me choose a body cream and perfume j Malone. It helped me a lot the fact that she and Elsa speak Portuguese and Spanish. I highly recommend this store !

I am a big of fan of Bluemercury and purchase all my beauty products here. The last two visits to the Wildwood locations have been quite bitter. I always get samples prior to buying a product as they are usually over $100. I switch moisturizers after every container i finish, to refresh my routine. The last two sales individuals at this locations have giving me pea size samples and looked at me like i am a beggar for samples. (My last trip here I purchased a skinsuiticals mask, veil makeup setter and Brazil serum $286 total and asked for a moisturizer sample, chantecaille) I spent over $5k last year at Bluemercury. With the type of service these last two sales people are providing it is best to go to the Bethesda Lane location or buy online.In addition, they have a security guard at this location and she came out a minute after I was looking around. I felt as though I was being followed. I have brown skin and this is not new to me, but after spending so much money at their store I am sickly surprised.

I visited this store yesterday evening and was greeted by the friendliest and most helpful consultant I've ever met during my many visits at Blue Mercury. I frequent various locations often and really hadn't been back to this location due to lack of professionalism a couple of years (I made an appointment for a makeover and it was cancelled by the store at the last minute and I wasn't notified until after I had gotten there.). I'm happy to say Traci is the reason I will be back often! Her suggestions about products were on point and her personality was very inviting.

I have visited this business twice now and have had the same experience. I contacted them by phone to see if they had a specific product, so that I didn't make an unnecessary trip, and left a voicemail which was never returned. As I entered the store, there appeared to be 2 sales people on the floor, one of which assured me that she would be right with me. After 20 minutes passed, I left due to other obligations. Clearly, they need more sales representatives in the store.

I have not even gotten to the store yet— I called them to ask about certain products and the lady who answered just said “Can you hold please?”... I patiently waited but I was put on hold while I can hear the lady who answered the phone and someone else talking about products and other things that are not even related to the store. So, I am thinking, is that good customer service? Do you only have one team member in the store? Is that how you treat your customer? I even said that it is just a quick question. But the lady is taking her sweet time— I feel like your employees should know how to respect your client’s time.

The employees here have no idea how to ring items and handle returns. There seems to not be a manager ever who can help. Easier just to buy elsewhere.

Waiting outside at 9:43 this morning 12/21 to get in and buy some gift cards .. A girl rushes by me and says we don't open for 10 minutes .. I looked at my watch and said actually it's only 5 minutes .. She was curt and very rude and I was so taken back and put off I turned and another women said to me I would never shop in a store that someone spoke to me in that manner .. I wanted the gift cards but was so put off and after being reassured by another person I turned and left and refused to enter a store that so close to Christmas would talk to a customer so rudely especially when that employee was actually late for work .. That's really great customer service and really some low standard for who represents this company ..

Absolutely terrible customer service here. Don't waste your time or money at this location. I have been to this location twice now and the experience was terrible both times, even though it was different staff. There are plenty of other places to get beauty products in this area. Skip this one.

Ruben was very friendly and very accommodating. Whatever I needed he was willing to adjust and happily cooperate! He kept up communication and was very open to scheduling. Ruben‘s attitude was not only very personable energetic and lively but he was also professional and heartfelt. I would recommend Ruben to any and everyone and to top all of that off everyone loved my make up and asked who did it! I am very well pleased and I will be going back to him! Thanks Ruben!! I would like to also add that the entire staff was very friendly and if I had any problems such as oily skin they recommended the right product that I absolutely adore now thank you!

I like this location of Bluemercury. Staff are knowledgeable about the skin and makeup products, and are helpful without being overbearing. Zhila, who does facials, is amazing. Best facial I've ever had and well worth the cost.
