I occasionally need work done on my watches, change a battery, expand the chain, etc. Bethesda Jewelers always goes above and beyond with great prices and outstanding work. So many beautiful pieces of jewelry in the store and the owner is so nice and reasonable. 100% recommend Bethesda Jewelers to anyone!

I had a fantastic experience with a ring repair at Bethesda Jewlers. He was extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and communicative. I needed to get a stone replaced in my engagement ring, and they did so, as well as tightened the other stones and cleaned it, quickly and at a high quality. Would return again for any jewelry repair.

Service is outstanding. Owner is a well of science in gemology and well versed in appraising older ( and more recent pieces). He is very open, extremely courteous and professional. I recommend him without any reservation.

10/10 recommend. This guy knows his stuff. I brought a necklace in to be evaluated and it turns out it was a really good counterfeit! Instead of being rude about it he educated me on the piece and showed me the differences between this and a genuine piece. Apart from that the store has really beautiful jewelry at great prices, and he’s always bringing in new pieces. Will definitely be making my purchases him. He’s also just very nice!!!
