Bank of America is no more good like use to be we should not support or deposit our money in any Bank of America they do everything with our money and they close branches and so many in dc and Bethesda not open in sat close accounts and open in chase bank ? they are the best

The branch manager, Fern Assyrian, is absolutely terrific! She is always so helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. She has turned this branch around. I was thinking about switching my account to a different location until I met her. she is a perfect example of what good customer service is all about.

The women and most of the staff are RUDE and unwilling to help. I stood in line for 45 for two tellers. 7 people in line .. women speaking in her native language took a call on her cell and left.Leaving poor Daniel to be the only teller at noon to knock down the crowd.If you have time to waste.. this is your location for poor customer service and long wait times! I would give them 0 star but it won’t allow me post without one.

Today, i went to this branch to cash my check and I was helped by the manager, Fernanda Assurian, she is professional, friendly. She introduced me to the Assistant Manager, also, very nice and she finished my transaction timely. Thank you Democracy staff!

FIRST THIS BRANCH DOESNT EVEN DESERVE THE 1 STAR, BUT I HAD TO RATE JUST TO LEAVE MY REVIEW. THE MANAGER OF THIS BRANCH (FERNANDA ASSURIAN) IN A LACK OF BETTER TERMS SHOWED ME THAT SHE LIKES TO DISCRIMANATE ACCORDING TO AGE AND COLOR. SHE EXHIBITED UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR SHE VERY RUDE, AND NOT ONLY IS THE MANAGER SOME TRASH SOME OF HER STAFF FOLLOW SUIT IN HER BEHAVIOR. I HAVE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM BECAUSE I FEEL I SHOULD BE VALUED AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER.

I went over to this BOA branch nearby my home for notary service. The assistant manager Nick was very helpful, nice, and considerate with smile ☺ I felt very comfortable while he was working on my notary documents. He quickly got the job done and we chatted about things going on in our lives. I appreciate his professionalism and great service and care.

The assistant manager Nick is amazingly helpful. This was probably my third visit for notary public service, and I did not have an appointment this time because this came up as an emergency and I needed to get it done today.I walked in around 4:15pm (45 mins before closing) and first spoke with a lady in the reception desk. She was very rude and told me in a condescending way that the docs I brought in do not meet notary block requirements and said that I should have checked everything before coming - she even asked “do you have a phone”. I told her that I have been there before with similar docs and there was no problem. She could not care less and asked that I came back another time after fixing the “problems”.Then Nick came out and after learning my situation, he quickly had a solution and had everything done perfectly in a couple of minutes. There is no doubt that Nick is very customer-centric and also smart to come up with quick solutions. For that lady, what she did is a shame and she has a lot to learn from Nick.

This is one of the worst branches ever. Everytime I visit this Branch it's at least a 20-30 min process. FERN ASSURIAN is the Manager. She likes to appear Fake Busy. As a Manager she should do more to insert herself The line could wrapped around the corner. She has all the excuses in the world to where the relationship bankers are hiding. Today I asked where are the relationships bankers? She said she only one and she was in the restroom. I asked do you fill in to continue the work flow.? She said No. WOW. I know the employee turn around is at an all time high

unlike the one star reviews I had a locked card situation and needed urgent cashier's check. they put in the extra mile to make it happen. very good branch to my experience
