Thorough Inspection, Great Estimate, Customer Care oriented Team, excellent workmanship shown in the results. They explained everything including the issues the first Insurance estimate missed and risks associated with not addressing them (with pictures).

Waited over 1 hour for an estimate…. Multiple customers serviced before me although I arrived prior to them. After waiting the hour decided to leave without getting estimate. I have gotten estimates at MACCO and decided to give a different body shop an opportunity but the gentleman at the front desk kept helping other customers versus finishing the estimate. As a potential customer I did not get the impression that I was valued so I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Over the past three years I have twice had work done at Autobody Dimensions. They are responsive, honourable and they do fantastic work. I was half insured and half out of pocket. The insurance covered it's portion and the out of pocket was appropriate and fair. I highly recommed using the company and always avoiding the unlicensed gypsies that cruise the streets offering to fix scratches and dents. Body work requires the proper equipment and skill which Autobody has In spades.

I can't say enough good about this team. They went above and beyond to help me, EVEN after I found out I couldn't even hire them because of my own scheduling issues. Exceptional customer service. I still can't believe people like this exist!

Well-run business, excellent communication, professional interactions, timely responses...they should give a seminar on "how to treat clients."My son came in with significant damage across the board. Not only was the pricing quite reasonable, but the work was completed ahead of schedule. What? Can you believe it? There is a reason why their business has such high reviews, and I agree completely. The car came back absolutely beautiful, like a new car. Extremely pleased!Service: Auto detailing

I had heard good things about Autobody Dimensions and was hoping I would not need their services. But, when I managed to do what I thought was major damage to my bumper, I headed there. Charlie Herbert took a look at it and rather than saying replacing the bumper was the only option, he managed to bang and rub out most of the bumps and scratches. I also overheard Charlie dealing with numerous clients and was so impressed by his patience and competence. No wonder this shop has such a good reputation for excellent work and not ripping off clients!

After completing a super easy and fast online estimate, Bob gave me a call to arrange a time to bring in my car so he could assess the damage in person. He was able to fit me into the schedule the next day and suspected he could repair it without much work. I was sure the entire rear left corner would have to be replaced but Bob was able to pop the piece back into place and buff out the marks from the pole I had backed into--all in less than 5 minutes and free of charge. Bob could not have been nicer. I highly recommend Autobody Dimensions and will definitely return for future car repair needs.
