“As a general rule, I like getting my car serviced at this location. It has a clean and spacious waiting room with good wifi connection, and they get the job done efficiently. That said they have two TERRIBLE employees at the service desks, and if you get either, your experience will likely be deplorable. ALIM RAZI and CHRISTOPHER MWEPU are rude, unfriendly and seemingly maybe sexist. I would avoid them at all cost.”

“On November 1st I entered the parts department to buy an oil filter for my car. I was pleasantly met by a salesperson with glasses whose name I don't have. In order to get an online price, I sat on chair and ordered the parts online. A while later another salesperson and equally pleasant, Angel came out to inform me I had put the wrong letter on the part number. With the participation of the parts manger thy were able to resolve my mistake and payment issue. As I waited for the process to complete, Sebastian, my recent service consultant walked by. We talked for a bit. My overall experience with all the Audi Bethesda members on this day were very friendly, helpful, proactive and professional; they are all an asset to your organization!
