On November 1st I entered the parts department to buy an oil filter for my car. I was pleasantly met by a salesperson with glasses whose name I don't have. In order to get an online price, I sat on chair and ordered the parts online. A while later another salesperson and equally pleasant, Angel came out to inform me I had put the wrong letter on the part number. With the participation of the parts manger thy were able to resolve my mistake and payment issue. As I waited for the process to complete, Sebastian, my recent service consultant walked by. We talked for a bit. My overall experience with all the Audi Bethesda members on this day were very friendly, helpful, proactive and professional; they are all an asset to your organization! Thank you and also for the gift insulated bag!

after a disappointing morning with my normal service center, losing my appointment I called Audi Bethesda service center and they got me in right away. Very professional. I think I found a new service center.

I have absolutely NOTHING good or positive to say about this location. Customer service is a -0. The service employee made me feel like I was irritating him.
What bothered me the most is the Manager is no better.
I wasn’t greeted or made to feel as if my business was appreciated. I felt as if they saw me as a nuisance. Not a good feeling when I’m paying top dollar to have my vehicle serviced.
The icing on the cake is before I left an elderly Caucasian woman came in and the SAME tech who has such a lackluster attitude practically broke his neck letting the lady know they had fresh coffee, doughnuts and other refreshments available for her.
DO BETTER!!! The one employee who really knew how to treat people like family was Diego and he’s gone unfortunately. Time to find a new car who stands by their brand when it comes to top tier cars and customer service

I recently took my Audi to the Audi Bethesda Service Center, and I am beyond impressed with the exceptional service I received! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile from the staff. The service advisors were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the necessary repairs and maintenance required for my car.
The communication throughout the process was top-notch; they kept me updated on the progress and made sure I understood every step. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. My car was returned to me not only fully serviced but also cleaned and vacuumed, making it look and feel brand new.
The entire experience was seamless, efficient, and pleasant. If you own an Audi and need any kind of service, I highly recommend the Bethesda Service Center. Their professionalism and dedication to quality service are unmatched. I will definitely be returning for all my future service needs!

Anthony & the team at Audi Bethesda Service always go way above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is taken care of while respecting my time by making everything super convenient for me! I even moved to Arlington VA and still drive to Bethesda every time because good service is hard to come by.

Really can’t say enough bad things about this place. I’ve had this car in 3-4 times trying to get an intermittent stalling/rough idle issue resolved, and the last time I took it in, they didn’t even try to diagnose it. Just gave me a loaner car for two weeks (which itself refused to start for 20 minutes one time!) and then gave me a $0 bill. Genuinely perplexing. I get the sense the service writers will just do or say whatever it takes to get you out the door.

I had a great experience at Audi Bethesda service center when my car needed some major repairs. Anthony and his team went above and beyond for me and it was greatly appreciated. I’ve been to Audi Rockville service center, which USED to be good, but no longer. I’ve been to a 3rd party Audi repair center, which was decent, but not necessarily economical. It all boils down to who the service manager is and in Audi Bethesda’s case, they’re in great hands with Anthony. I’ll continue coming to them for all my Q7’s needs.

Absolutely phenomenal service, from start to finish! This is by far the best Audi service center we've ever dealt with...issue was repaired within 3 days! Loaner vehicle was offered, but we ended up not needing it.Thank you. Highly recommend and will return, if needed (lol)

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Audi Bethesda service department. My 2021 Q5 Hybrid was acting up and I was honestly a little nervous to drive it. They sent a porter to get my car in exchange for a loaner. How awesome is that! Not sure how often they do that but Anthony showed real concern and compassion for this nervous Nelly!! I was sent a video detailing exactly what needed repair on the car. And it was done exactly when they told me it would be. I felt really heard and cared for by car experts. Thanks Audi Bethesda. The car is running great!!

Quick and professional. However, we got fleeced on the oil change price. Labor alone on a change was over $200. Total cost is 50%+ more than other dealerships.
