DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. I received an email that my order was confirmed, but on the morning of Mother's Day, I received an email that my order was cancelled. No explanation was given. I emailed them TWICE asking why my order was cancelled, but they never responded! Very unprofessional and unreliable. Do NOT order from this company. I also strongly suspect that all of their "positive reviews" are fake. If you click on the profiles of the people who wrote them, you can see that they wrote outstanding reviews for all of the same florists. Those are not real customers and not real reviews. I placed an order on Thursday morning at 8 AM for flowers to be delivered to my mother for Mother’s Day Sunday. I received a confirmation email with the charge. I received a call last night, Saturday at 8:30PM, the NIGHT BEFORE the delivery was to be made, saying that they cancelled my order because the delivery address was out of their delivery range. Not only did this leave me no time to make other arrangements with another company, the man I spoke with, despite being “nice”, told me the company never delivers to my location, right on the border of Bethesda in DC. The website literally says, in it’s defined area of delivery, “Washington”. It’s the last on the list of delivery locations. When I asked if my order could be delivered on Monday and he said he “didn’t know” and that I should call another company.
This company is disorganized, unreliable and my order should never have been accepted if it was not in their delivery area. If you want flowers I suggest going elsewhere!
