Bad Customer Service. We were at the store looking at MacBook Pro for 30 minutes and not one person came to help us until we went and asked someone. For a store, this reputable and big, you would expect employees to help you as soon as you enter. They always have a lot of employees just walking .

I made a reservation (which was confirmed via email @ 10:30). Upon arrival they could not find it and said I would need to wait 45 minutes. Of course I had an email confirmation for a 10:30, appt., arrived 5 minutes early and was told I did not have one after clearly spelling my name. The young lady dismissed me and went on to the next person. When I got home I received a notice my appointment was cancelled at 10:44. I spoke to the manager Gordon about my frustration before I left. He made no attempt to help me and when I noted it is confusing that the person checking people in is at the back of the store he was completely dismissive and rude. When the greeter at the front of the store stops to help the person in front of you it seems obvious one would wait in line. How is one supposed to know to bypass the customer in front of you and go to the back of the store? The staff a this store is extremely unprofessional.

Had a Genius Bar appt. Never got helped. A lot of employees there, but no one ever came even though I had checked in with my bar code with an associate. What a nightmare. Waited for over an hour over my designated appointment.

We all know that the products are excellent, but the attention in the Apple Store has become a painful experience, where the sellers' pretensions allow them to treat people deplorably, they feel like semi-gods, it almost seems like they feel like owners. of the company.People arrive and are treated like cattle, being, in most cases, the ones who must go for the products, selecting them from a table without the slightest idea of what the difference is between one and the other. It is a “self-service” policy where the customer ends up being an employee of the company for a few minutes.Disastrous!They are generally crowded and there is no clear order to be served, you must be lucky after wandering around like a child in a toy store among the products until someone deigns to speak to you.It is the worst customer service you can receive.

The store was not busy and lots of employees scheduled. However, No one greeted or approached, they were busy talking to each other and seemed bothered when you asked for help. One girl told me to wait, rolled her eyes and went back to her personal conversation with another employee and had me standing there until she finished. No one is interested in helping. They all have attitudes and just seem bored and bothered. Literally standing there with their easypays in hand but unwilling to actually work and help customer's. I finally got one guy to ring me up but he kept his conversation going with his co worker about a friend's text message, while he was ringing me out. Crazy. Buy online.

Very terrible experience, there was a huge lady that works there with a thick eye glasses and short hair talking to me rudely and asked me not to ask any questions! My question was to buy iPhone and asked about T-Mobile carrier. She lacks customer service skills, looking at me like very mean and rude. She was looking at what I am wearing and she determined if I can be served or not. And asked me to not ask questions. Very terrible experience. I was happy going to buy the phone and went outside different bad experience with no new phone. Because of her.

Great devices technicality. But there corporate office seems not only to have no interest in the honesty but an active disinterest in it to the point where they will spend God knows how much on lawyers to hide behind fine print instead of just straight forward telling you that they'd rather charge you $15 or $20 a month for each of your streaming services instead of $10 a month.If you're considering the purchase of any Apple product, I'd recommend instead withdrawing the required amount of money and using it as toilet paper or kindling for a fire.If they were interested in honesty, they could probably even save enough on lawyer fees to avoid trying to double charge your account x however many streaming services you have every month.In my case, their attempts to use extensive legal fine print to charge me extra on top of what the price of something is supposed to be has been anywhere from $50-$100 a month on top of the monthly devise payment and the $100-$200 I preload onto my iTunes account to avoid banking overdraft feesAnd guess what? Those can still be $35 a hit which in my case would be an extra $175 a month.So we'll over a c a r payment every month because they refuse to say upfront that they'd as a contrived example say we'd rather receive $15 or $20 a month for this subscription instead of $10.And if they actually tried honesty they could probably save enough on legal fees to not even need charging the extra $5 or $10 per each service.

Terrible customer service. I went in to buy a new iPhone and waited 20 mins to speak to a sales associate. I told her the model I wanted, and instead of simply saying we're out of stock, she said "you want the new model so does everyone else. Why do you think you'll get it in store?" This is the rudest response I've ever heard. Will never come back to this location again.
