I have been using Amplus Realty as my property managers for the last three years. They have been excellent and a great value. Whenever something breaks they always have " a guy" at a good rate. They have always given me good advice and have acted as a partner. And when I unfortunately had a squatter that I had to evict (gotta love DC..) they were a huge help! Dealing with eviction is a lot of work and it can be hard to know where to start. They helped every step of the way. Thry also happen to be very nice. I would definitely recommend!

I have a property in prince William county and tried to manage the property on my own. I was in a difficult situation with my tenants. That is when I started to look into property management. Vikki and Amplus Realty was very helpful and gave me full support. I recommend Vikki and Amplus Realty to any one that needs help with property management. As I know, She will do her absolute best! She also has good instinct to recognize troublesome tennents. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

They wasted our time. I asked them to look on military by owner in tandem with other renter sites. The gentleman in the office held our property for a few months thinking I was renting to a relative. Meanwhile, I do not have any relatives here. That speaks to their lack of organization. The lease agreement they use for clients is also very restrictive. They also allow clients to enter your property alone. We had muddy carpets to show for it when there are shoe covers right at the door. Don't use them unless you are price driven and not quality driven.

This place just keeps getting worse the longer I stay here. I've lived here for 3 years and no problems. Within the last year and a half I've had a leak in my bathroom that they kept painting over, juveniles kept coming in the common areas, smoking weed, vandalizing the place and making comments to residents. Now I just saw a freaking MICE in my damn apartment. I never leave trash out, doors open, nothing. This is RIDICULOUS

I recently ended a one year contract for property management with Amplus. My initial reason for using them was that I was managing my rental property long distance and the tenant wasn't communicative with things that needed to be repaired. I stressed this upon signing my contract with Amplus and asked that there be urgency around getting a walk through done with the tenant to identify things that would need repair or renovation. This was not done despite several emails and conversations until I sent in a 60 day notice for termination of the contract at 10 months from initial signing. At that point, the tenant relayed to me that she and her family have not been able to take showers because of some leaking issue. That had been an issue for some time, but never was reported by the tenant. This was precisely the kind of disaster I wanted to avert in hiring Amplus and was very disappointed that I paid them money with nothing changed. They finally did a walk through after 10 months and identified other issues. Unfortunately, the follow through and sense of urgency was poor and I ended up hiring my normal handyman to handle the issues they identified. I do not believe they are well-organized and thoughtful at Amplus for consistent, hands on property management and would not recommend them.

I've been working with Amplus Realty for about a year, and they have been great. They found a tenant for me quickly, helped shepherd the inspection process along, and have been responsive to take care of the few repairs that needed to happen. They have provided tax information on time, and quick to get back to me on my questions. Would recommend!

I recently met and signed up with Vikki to manage my rental properties (I took over from my divorce). She took care of everything and kept me updated by text so I always know how a repair is going. Impressed with her work ethic. When we made the appointment to meet she was already on site when I got there on time. I like that.
