Beware.. you need a receipt to exchange a plant or you need to be part of their program. At first sight of disease you should bring the plant back.. don't wait like I did and try to do what I was instructed to do by the advisers to try to save the plant...I wasted money on a plant and fertilizer. No fuss from me just won't be back to patronize. The plant was completely dead todayIf you look at the picture, I kept the tag on the plant...so the tag identifies that the plant came from american plant. I have bought a few flowers and some rocks and mulch over the years. But this is the first time I have bought a camelia. I have 3 camellias and wanted this one for the front yard to bloom in the fall. The first sign of a problem was small black circles on the leaves. I should have brought it back then, but I tried to save the plant and then was advised by American plant adviser to buy fertilizer and try to save it again..it did not work. I never asked for my money back, just a healthy plant.. maybe I expected something better from American Plant. I would say that maybe the young people inside should have sent me over to someone in the office but instead just rattle off policy.

Great selection of healthy plants and very reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, very helpful without being overly so. I'm very happy to have stumbled across this location!

The store didn't have the exact houseplant that I wanted. (Not surprising given their 25% off sale, which is what enticed me to stop by,) But staff were very helpful and suggested the name of a person to contact and the best time to call if I want to special order the plant. Thank you for an excellent experience, American Plant!

Visited for the first time today! This is my first plant shop I've visited since moving here recently. I'm starting to collect houseplants again since I had to leave them behind.I loved the selection of plants available! They had lots of plants I've dreamed of seeing like the variegated string of hearts, calathea orbifolia, hoyas. I will definitely be coming back again to check out the baby plants!The cons are that the larger plants were pretty pricey and customer service is a bit lacking, but it was busy today. I wish some of the larger trailing plants like the pothos njoy and other hoyas came in smaller pots that were more affordable. Overall a great houseplant spot!

Bought Biotone here to amend the soil prior to installing new shrubs. Also picked up flower and veggie seeds. American Plant is amazing. It is a bit higher priced compared to other local nurseries or big box stores. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Come every year for our Christmas tree. They have a really good selection, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Hits all the marks for us! We come for gardening season too are always pleased :)

Only walked in to buy a few plants for some hanging flower pots. Somehow walked out with dozens of bulbs, some lilies, and see fall foliage as well for a weekend project!Such great selection and helpful staff

Had a great experience! Amazingly helpful staff and beautiful selection. Ended up buying a bird of paradise and a beautiful pot. Numerous staff helped me find the best fit for my needs and even adjusted my car to help things fit.

Beautiful plants with tons of selection. Pretty reasonably priced for the location. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend engaging with them because they are also knowledgeable. We ha d a small bush not make it and they gave us no trouble at all to replace it.
