I have been a patient at the Bethesda location for several years. High staff turnover. Today was my last visit I am no longer going to any All are locations. Front desk man was extremely rude. I mistakenly arrived at 415 thinking my appt was 430. He was on the phone when I arrived. I booked the appt online for an annual checkup. His greeting to me was- “your appt was at 4pm” I explained the mistake. Even though I filled out the online appt and the questionnaire when I arrived indicating I was there for an annual check up and prescription renewal. Informed me that I had to make an appointment for an annual review. But they could see me for the prescription renewal. I was irritated and said that I booked it online and he said back to me don’t talk to me like that, and I said back to him don’t act like, every time I’ve come in here I’ve been seen at the time of my appointment. I’ve waited plenty of time in the past to my surprise he then said I’m not dealing with you. You can sit there and I’m not gonna help you. I waited another 20 minutes and then asked him is Danielle Rosen in the office? he answered yes and I asked to speak to her. She is the reason that I return to all care Bethesda. Behind closed doors and explained to her what happened. Seems to be a regular occurrence. I don’t understand why an employee who’s dealing with the general public has no customer service skills . Yes, I was irritated. Turn it around on me and tell me I could sit down and he wasn’t gonna help me was quite unremarkable never again goodbye allcare I’m done with you. I will find another place to have a relationship with a physician and a staff that greets me properly when I walk in the front door. There has been constant problems with the people who sit at the front desk at this facility. If you want consistent, ongoing relationship with a medical professional, in my opinion, I would find another place.

Excelent experience with Dr. Bruntel, AllCare in general always is my first option when the kids get sick.

Great docs and staff. Always able to get an appointment. The central office # staff on the other hand are terrible and it's frustrating you cannot call directly to the office you go to.

Dr. Bruntel is wonderfully caring doctor and spends time with me, listening to everything I want to discuss about for however long it takes.

Definitely do not recommend. After seeing a doctor they left the practice the next week. I did not get notified and did not receive the prescriptions discussed in my appointment. They said if I wanted any feedback on blood work or my prescriptions I would have to make another appointment.

Dr. Bruntel from Bethesda ALLCare is excellent. I talk to him by video - he knows me - and it's very efficient and he is knowledgeable and efficient to help my medical questions. I recommend him highly.

Had a positive experience seeing Dr Lawson virtually. Was able to get needed prescription. Takes 4 hours at Medstar urgent care in Chevy Chase for same outcome. Will try allcare again when needed.

Never had issues scheduling an appointment. I've been treated with respect and in a timely manner everytime I've stopped in for an appointment. Been coming here for the past 3 years. Would recommend!

AllCare Primary Care in Bethesda exceeded my expectations on every level. The professionalism of the doctor was outstanding, knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. The facility's cleanliness was impeccable, creating a comfortable environment. Timeliness was a priority, and I appreciated not having to wait excessively. The overall customer experience was exceptional, making my visit seamless and reassuring.
