Most of time they don’t put utensils in coffee area like stairs, hot cups slide, etc and maximum time they keep old breakfast donuts crosant are old like previous day

Do not go here. Lived in this area for almost a year now and it's gone downhill quick. Nobody understands sense of urgency whatsoever. Homeless ppl outside 24/7. Garbage, especially for this area. Do yourself a favor and go to the gas station right down the street. Never again will I go to this place. Have it one last chance tonight and I'm over it. DO NOT GO HERE.

follow around Black customers, every single time they’re in that store, and will even take phone video of you. This is typical racist behavior for this part of Bethesda.

Employee calls my mother a “B*ch” after altercation where I called him out for not being courteous (at least greeting customers) when approaching customers/ringing me up. Tells me my stomach is big and calls me a “demon”

This place doesnt prepare the orders for online customers. They try to make the delivery driver do their part of the order. The store was empty and it was just a pepsi. They couldnt do that

The night workers don't even attempt to fix their stuff when it's broken. They waste delivery drivers time, gas and money, not to mention customers time and presumably the owners money because they don't wanna try to figure out how to restart a tablet so they'd rather just not fufill orders for hours and act d*** when they know damn well how to restart these tablets they use to manage their delivery stuff. They have issues on a daily basis and refuse to answer the phone when uber or doordash tries to call and help them fix their issues. Worst 711 in the area, should have its ability to recieve delivery orders removed. They purposefully don't try to fix things at night so they don't have to do as much work.

My 16 year old son who is an 11th grade student over at BCC was accosted by a woman that has worked in this store for several years!Ironically she did this very thing to my now 21 year old daughter 5 years ago!The Ethiopian woman accuses, follows, screams, disrespects & belittles the black teens that patronize this establishment & she’s been doing this for YEARS!My son came home today extremely upset! He’s an honor roll student that’s NEVER been in trouble in any capacity.He was saddened & offended that someone would think that he would do something of that caliber.I’ve addressed this woman’s vile behavior previously & today I was reminded once again that this is a REAL THING!
