To everyone who has complaints about this place its the location. The way its set up they can't see anyone coming in the door because of the wall they have. The riverdale and chillum location is way better then here. And the chillim location customer service is so much more welcoming. I'll only come here if I have to get something and theyvare almost closing since it's closer to my house

SOLD ME DEFECTIVE PARTS!!!!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars, highly unprofessional staff. Would not recommend this place to an ENEMY. Sold me a defective part, I paid $500 to get that part installed. (Which was obviously wasted considering I couldn’t get that money back) Staff members didn’t have an ounce of care, nor offered a voucher for the inconvenience. Even made JOKES with each other in front of me after doing so. If you love your car, (and money) Do NOT go here.

So I went there today For some brakes and rotors for a customers car I get there get the brakes Take the customers car apart they gave me the wrong Rotors One of them wasn’t even a front rotor So now I have to eat hours labor on a customers car And wait until Monday I get there explain the situation Ask for a price match On The wrong rotors And dude laughs in my face after all the money I’ve spent with your company I won’t be spending it anymore

I called today and asked for someone by name to help me order parts. The person who answered just hung up. Not the type of business I want to deal with if thats how they treat you before you make a purchase. I cant imagine the disaster it is to get helped after buying something..

With all do respect Need to fire The Manager Anthony… was not good at the store on kenilworth, what makes anyone think he would be the best candidate for this store… Disrespectful and honestly needs to reevaluate life with the way he speaks to people. Personally did not loose a customer just won’t be going to this store for services but thank you in overall total parts and service great!
