This was my second experience with this shop, but it turned out to be completely unfair. I brought in my friend’s car to fix the TPMS sensor and get an alignment, with the main focus being the TPMS sensor. They quoted me $86 for the sensor plus $40 for labor, which I agreed to, along with $113 for the alignment.
After checking the alignment, they told me they weren’t sure if they could fix it and asked if I wanted to take the risk. I declined and told them to skip the alignment and just handle the sensor. However, when I went to pick up the car, they charged me $35 for an “alignment check”—something I was never informed about beforehand.
I won’t be returning, and I certainly won’t recommend this place to anyone. The person at the front desk was also unprofessional.

I was prepared to pay for both the alignment and the TPMS. It’s not about the $35; it’s about the lack of credibility.

I had a Friday afternoon flat on the way to the beach. They didn't have the tires I needed but were straight forward about it and were super helpful in getting me to a place that could help me. Much appreciated.

Check purchases! I went there to have them put a new tire on my rim after a blowout on my travel trailer while on vacation. Tire was a but expensive but I was in a pinch and needed it replaced. Picked up and reinstalled myself, not realizing until two months later that they didn't give me my (2 year old rim with no rust) wheel but swapped it with another rim that has rust painted over. I didn't see this initially as I was still under pressure from the blowout and just rushed it. Reached out to them via there website to explain this but no response at all. Now I'm stuck with an old rim as I'm over 4 hours away.

When no other tire center could assist me, Wainwright’s stepped up and gave me time to arrive. They identified the problem, showed me the issue and quickly repaired it. I can’t thank them enough for bailing me out of a difficult situation. I highly recommend them for their service and fair prices. I will return.

Excellent service, I went to have a tire repaired, they told me that I would return in an hour or two because there were customers waiting, when I returned they attended to me immediately

I just called to try and get an estimate for an oil change and the man answering the phone was so rude I didn’t even let him continue to assist me. If me calling to try and schedule service and to confirm a just an approximate estimate for routine work is too much of a bother than it sounds like you don’t need my business.
