After a ridiculously frustrating experience trying to switch from a business plan to a personal plan, the staff at Verizon in Berlin, MD were THE BEST Verizon store I’ve EVER encountered. Typically trips to Verizon are so boring and frustrating, not here! Thanks to the amazing help of Brittany, William, Jeron and others, I was finally able to get my account straight and be able to upgrade my device. I am so thankful for their help, patience, support and good, fun energy. Such a wonderful team of staff, honestly. If I ever have any phone issues, I will go to that specific store over anywhere else. Especially since we’re family now ?? thank you guys!!! I hope you all get raises like you deserve.
