I don't like that you can't add a tip to your debit card. I never carry cash. The people are nice and the service is good. They were able to get my Son in for a haircut right away.

Fantastic salon! Front desk asked me what kind of hair I had when I was calling to make an appt to match me up with a stylist who worked well with my type of hair. Got a GREAT cut! Rhonda was very attentive during the consult and understood what I was asking for. She made some great suggestions for the style as well. Very detailed and skilled with her work. I always go to Rhonda to get my hair colored but I have to tell you about what other things she does for her clients. I have MS and yesterday I fell on a parking lot and landed on my head. Was rushed to a trauma center for stitches in my head and a CT. My hair was a mess of debris and blood and I can’t wash it because of the stitches at my hairline. I called Salon 16 and Rhonda said come on over. This is the second time I couldn’t wash my own hair and she was kind enough to have one of the girls take time to do this free of charge. And sweet Cassie who now works on the floor always looks out for me. They treat all their clients like family. I’m so glad I found this place. You might pay a little more there but Rhonda makes you feel like your her most important client and family. I would never go anywhere else! Thank you everyone for today.
