Half the gas pumps don't work. Your credit card takes for ever to process after selecting help on the gas pump 7 times. Trash cans are over filled. If you can avoid this place there is another Toyal Farms in Ocean Pines approximately 10 minutes further. It's like night and day clean and everything works. WaWa should take this place over. Sad. Every other Royal Farms store has more pride in their store.

Everyone has a not my job attitude, cashier sitting down behind the counter while customers are standing waiting. Poorly managed.

Stopped in to pick up an online order and was greeted with some of the most friendly people. There was a lady with a green shirt, manager?, who bagged my order without asking. A man in the back who remembered exactly what I ordered and had it packed up front for me, sorry I didn't get their names. Then there was Elizabeth, who was bubbly and kind. Those three people have customer service down to an art and should be praised for it. Thank you three for that wonderful experience!!

Staff was very friendly with a Hello when I entered and a have a good night when I left. I ordered a 10-piece dark it was about 3:00 in the morning. They offered me fresh chicken for 5 minutes wait instead of giving me what they had left. Will always stop there to get my chicken when I'm in the area.

Apparently, it is ok for them to mess up, give my order to someone else, ask us to wait another 15 min, but it's not ok to, imo, make a simple substitution of a white meat for a dark meat so u can just be on my way. Instead they prefer to waste our time, and lose the money for the sale . Again, someone else also got the wrong order. No manager or supervisor on duty. Where's Wawa?

Just wondering when the company as a whole is going to start taking pride in there stores! Almost every Royal farms I see looks like this except in there more populated or “popular” stores. Gas pumps constantly filthy and the sidewalks leading up into the front store entrance.
