Staff was very friendly with a Hello when I entered and a have a good night when I left. I ordered a 10-piece dark it was about 3:00 in the morning. They offered me fresh chicken for 5 minutes wait instead of giving me what they had left. Will always stop there to get my chicken when I'm in the area.

Customer service and cashier could be more involved at registers. Often have to wait for someone to come to the counter if there's a problem with auto check out. Also, managers could do a better job updating order screens with what's sold out. Ordered a whole meal and they didn't have any food ready
