Our service from the point of sale in the store to the delivery of the mattress in our home was exceptional!!! We have used Mattress Firm before and will use them again. Kafi is an absolute Angel. I came in on July 4th and wasn't able to make my purchase that day so I waited until Kafi was in again, which was yesterday, to come back and make my purchase because I only wanted Kafi to wait on me.
