As a new resident to Delaware, I found Killian on line and sat down with him on March, 2024 to prepare my 2023 state and federal tax returns. Unbeknownst to me, he never filed either form. I’ve reached out several times, but he has not replied to this date. It is October and I am fighting about $2,000 in penalties and interest. If he couldn’t handle the workload, I would have gladly found someone else. He pretty much ghosted me. I wouldn’t trust this firm to run a lemonade stand.

Customer beware. Contacted them in 2021 about a letter I received about my state taxes that was done in 2020. Very rude and disrespectful. I opted to get 2021 taxes done with a different firm only to be told my 2020 taxes needed to amended because they were completed incorrectly. I emailed tax preparer and owner to advise them of the situation and ask for a refund of my tax preparer fee for 2020. Was bluntly told no and that they didn’t care. They also accused me of fabricating lies even though I have the proof of the errors they made. Still received a no refund and again making accusations that I was personally attacking them. No personal attack just facts and proof to back it up. Do not use this company as they not only did mine wrong they made an error on my daughters taxes and was rude to others that I have referred before all of this.
