Our vehicle was towed by this shop/Mr. Matt; Tow truck license plate # 05394TT and we were told by Matt in order to retrieve our vehicle that we had to pay six hundred ($600) dollars in cash. Also, that he was one (1) hour away from the shop and wouldn’t be there until we confirmed that we had the cash.
We are from out of town and do not carry cash. We asked him if he would accept debit/credit card, cash app, etc, and he said no.
Please note that our vehicle was held at this shop less than twenty-four (24) hours. We had a very unprofessional/unpleasant experience.

Outstanding job very professional, the detail crew that took care of cleaning the inside and outside of my vehicle should be paid very good. They are extremely meticulous and professional.

This shop is teamed up with the local police. Towed my car after a minor accident and tried to charge me 1400. One of the first 0questions out of the officer's mouth was "you have cash on you?" before calling a this tow company without my knowledge or consent. Scammers.

Taking my truck for repairs to Johns Auto Body after an accident is one of the best moves I have ever made. Their work is superb, the girls in the office are nice and friendly, and the detailing crew made my truck look like it came off a show room floor. I would highly recommend them for auto body repairs. Couldn't be happier!!!

My husband bought a 2003 Subaru Baja and wanted some damaged areas repaired..They did an amazing job! Was done within the week and looked so good! It was detailed and looked like a new truck! My husband was like a teenager when he saw the excellent job that was done! Thank you for making his day.
