Very poor customer service, an employee came out side and harrased my 75 year old father that is suffering from cancer and walks with cane, this man threatened to call the police on my father when all he was doing was pumping gas out of an engine into a gas can so he can return it. Instead of offering to help he repeatedly threatened to call the police on my father who was not breaking any laws.
At no time did anyone from harbor freight stop or correct this needless harassment.
Just letting the people of Worcester county know how this place treats their customers.

Jerry the Manager took the time to throughly go over everything before our purchase until we understood. He was very detailed in his instructions for the equipment. Great experience, go see Jerry if you questions on a purchase or need help selecting equipment. This location has everything you could need and if they don’t they will instruct you how to get said product. Thumbs up 👍🏽

Ok, so I love this place. When I first checked it out, I thought it all looked like a bunch of cheap import stuff and that it wouldn't last. Well, there is some of that, but a lot of the products are better quality and they have levels of products from the cheapest to much better quality that is easily competitive with top tier products from big box stores. Use your judgment. Many products are not even available at the other stores. As an example; I needed a floor jack. HD and Lowes had 2 available. Harbor freight had over 18 different kinds ranging from $39 to $379. This same example applies to so many other items; tool cabinets, tarps, power tools, towing and lifting, etc. Did I mention the prices are good.
