“Monogram Windows in Ocean City did a great job bailing us out when we ran into problems with Mark Cieniewicz and Window Creations of Delaware. We ordered 36 windows worth of shutters from Mark but 3 of the 36 sets of shutters didn't fit correctly. That's pretty much the last we ever heard from Mark despite numerous efforts to contact him via email, phone, and messages left with who ever answers his office phone. Luckily Monogram Windows sent Paul Miller to do the measurements and installation and he did a fabulous job. Highly recommend them.”
