We had two climate controlled storage units at Friendship Storage in Berlin, MD from 2018 - June 2024. The items from our business were kept in excellent condition. Access and security were terrific. Never had any problems! Would definitely use again if needed!

Extremely well maintained and managed. I rented a small unit to store my motorcycle for a few years and before I put my bike in the first time, Reggie had created a mini ramp of stone so I could ride over the rather large lip into the unit. I'm sure he touched it up over the years, because it was always the exact height needed. My circumstances changed, so I moved on, but if you are comparing storage unit sites, please choose Friendship Corner. You will not be disappointed.

We come to Ocean City every July from Connecticut for a family beach vacation. Friendship Corner was affordable storage for all our beach stuff. Our unit was located in a climate controlled building and perfect in size. We had our unit for several years and highly recommend them.

I stored a vehicle at Friendship Corner Storage and recently retrieved it. The owners are friendly and responsive, the place is well maintained, and the location is convenient (Rt113, 90, etc). I would definitely use them again!

Friendly and Corteous Staff. Very clean storage location. Had to rent a 5x10 in a pinch and Friendship Corner Storage was there to save the day! FCS offered the best rate for the size unit compared to other storage companies in the area. Unit was indoors and climate controlled. Very clean and well maintained storage unit. Very impressed with my whole experience with FCS. Highly recommend future storage hunters check out FCS in the Berlin, MD area! Great rates, clean storage, and friendly staff!

I've used Friendship Corner Storage for the past 3 years. Reggie is fair, honest and a good person to do business with. If you're like me, you would much rather do business local, than with a franchise or chain. Here, you're renting from a local independent business owner. In addition, with the great rates you're bound to get the best bang for your storage dollar!
