Cashier number 0230 was incredibly rude during our transaction today - I know it’s hard working with tourists and the public but it was really upsetting to be treated so poorly for some simple confusion.

I love our Food Lion here in Ocean Pines. They have done a fantastic job keeping stocked up and were a blessing during bad Covid time. Let's not forget who was there for us...all the helpers!!

There has been a decline in consideration, friendliness, and customer service since January 2020, before the Corona virus inception. There are about 4 or 5 associates who run the show, and are inconsiderate particularly at checkout. I will say that all other associates are great and accommodating.
