I had one FedEx package I needed to drop off (with a receipt due to the value of the package). After 10 minutes, two cashiers and two failed hand-held FedEx devices (apparently not charged) I was told, “I’m sorry. You have to go somewhere else. Our machines ain’t cuttin on.”

Was told tonight for the first time ever by a woman working at Dollar General that my package was too big for FedEx drop off. I’ve dropped off the same size package several times before at this location with no issues. Either that woman needs retrained or FedEx / DG needs to update the drop off info with size limitations. I don’t understand why she said that to me.
