Heidi Slacum is the best. We used her to to a complete refresh of our HOA clubhouse. Her design and furniture selections were outstanding. Our community is tough to please but Heidi knocked it out of the park.

We have finally fully renovated our condo in Ocean City, MD. Without a question, Heidi Slacum was an indispensable part of my team. She helped me with every step of the process: from selecting the Contractor, to selecting the tiles, flooring, countertops, furniture, and an endless list of other items. Often, I would send her my ideas and/or text her frequently throughout the process. Despite the timing of my questions, Heidi ALWAYS answered promptly and offered her feedback. She advocated for me and helped with communication with the contractor/team. She was also a wonderful intermediary with my family, and would often give us her professional advice on what would be best. I am proud to recommend Heidi! Not only is she an amazing interior design specialist, but a wonderful person as well. Thank you, Heidi!! I could not have done it without you!

Beautiful furniture but buyer beware. If you make a large purchase and one of the items does not work, You are out of luck. If you want to Return (after taking home and not satisfied) you will quickly be told You will only be given a store credit. This on an item they claimed was on sale/clearance. However when You purchased buyer was told was a friendly discount....

I recently purchased a condo in ocean city and was having no luck finding furniture in stock due to the pandemic. Diane at casual designs furniture spent hours with my friend and I helping me to choose the perfect pieces. Almost everything I wanted was in stock and could be shipped to my condo the day I needed it. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient. The store is full of beautiful coastal furniture and accessories. I highly recommend this store. Thanks Diane!

My husband and I visited the Route 50 Store in Berlin, MD on Monday 11/15/21. The sales girls were wonderful and the showroom looks amazing, we were able to visualize easily what we want our home to look like. We will be back to purchase furniture when our beach home is completed.

We recently came into the store and were approached by a bizarre employee. She asked us what we were looking for and we said we were just browsing (the universal phrase to be left alone). But instead of backing off, she continued to interrogate us with a litany of questions. She kept prodding us about where we lived and what we were doing out that day. And despite her incessant questioning, her demeanor was rather cold and unfriendly. When she finally left us alone, she continued to stare at us from across the store. We were extremely uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, an average experience at best, customer service would go a long way, including responding to customer calls to the designer who assisted in the sale. Told product would be delivered in 4-5 weeks has taken 13 weeks with no follow-up.
