Jude in sales and Jackie in financing both are very nice. Jude went over the new truck top to toe , helped set up Onstar and transfer XM. Jude also give me a tour the parts and service department. Entire place is very clean. Jackie made it easy to finance at a competive rate. I would recommend ;i.g. Burton Chevrolet. ✨

Excellent experience, and I really appreciate the shuttle service! It helps out big time when you have a kid, and really need to arrange for a ride. This allowed me to be able to keep my appointment and balance my work and family!

I bought my vehicle in April 2022 and purchased an extended warranty. I recently had slight engine trouble and took my vehicle to the closest dealership. I was told that I had a deductible on my work which I was not made aware of when I bought my vehicle. It was a last minute visit and the dealership had the parts needed to fix my vehicle. It would have been nice to have been told up front there was a deductible.

We purchased a 2023 Chevy Traverse from I. G. Burton in Berlin. What a WONDERFUL experience from the initial phone call to the dealership to our driving off the lot with our new vehicle. Very professional and courteous. Our salesperson, Jude Vitilio, went above and beyond in locating the vehicle we wanted and had it promptly delivered from another state. He assisted us with the operation of the vehicle and setting up the technical side. Jackie processed the mountain of paperwork with ease and knowledge. Overall an A+ experience. Would highly recommend the dealership and will be our first call for future vehicle needs.

Ask for Mr.Jude. Went above and beyond to get me this car. Sold me my corvette today after my first one was stolen and unrecovered. Did everything over the phone and was easy to pick it up. Super convenient as it was a 2 hour drive away. Overall great staff and service
