Just went in for routine service. I'm a struggling senior and they actually did all the routine work and checks for $12 less than originally quoted/estimated. Way to go Berlin Auto Services! Work was done well and done quickly and efficiently. No wonder so many people in this area recommend Berlin Auto Services!

Needs to update their website better to reflect how busy they are. I made an appointment was told they were booked until next week I have no problem they’re booked just don’t understand how hard that is to show that on they’re website when they still have appointments for tomorrow and all day Friday

I cannot say enough great things about Berlin Auto Services. I was pretty much stranded with coolant issues and not only did Berlin Auto Services fix the issue, but they were so extremely professional and courteous on top of it. The knowledgeable mechanic who assisted me located a replacement part my 2017 BMW needed and ensured the car operated without issues after installing it.Outstanding service - very reasonable pricing - highly recommend!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Berlin Auto Services performed the initial A Service for my 2023 Mercedes-Benz C 300 on 8/14/23.Glenn greeted me and told me that the service would take approximately 1 1/2 hours. Glenn is knowledgeable and friendly and answered my questions.The car was returned to me by the mechanic in one hour. The service cost was very reasonable.I would recommend Berlin Auto Services to anyone in need of quality automotive repairs at a reasonable cost.Services: Auto maintenance

Berlin auto services charged me for parts they never placed on my car. Since im 81 years old I guess they thought I was to old to know better. This company said they replaced radiator reservoir and after getting home i had a worse leak than when I dropped car off. When returning car for second time they wanted another $587.00 telling me I had more leaks. According to them they ran a compression test and if the did there's noway these so called leaks would not appeared. My advise to potential customers stay clear off this business.The company that list there reviews would not list mine.This tells me one thing that's why they have such a high positive feed back...They only list positive customers feed back.Im 81 and still able to spot a shady deal!!

This is my second visit and I highly recommend Berlin Auto Service. Honest, helpful, friendly people who have gotten me in and out when I've needed their services (with same day appointments both times)! Nice waiting room too, with a space for kids to sit and color! From a female's perspective auto shops can be a little intimidating at times (especially when you don't have a great deal of knowledge about cars), but I felt so comfortable here! The free car wash offered at the end was an unexpected surprise as well. Couldn't ask for more!!Services: Oil change
