Took my boat to their new Upholstery Repair shop in Showell. They did a fantastic job fixing a few things, very responsive, professional, and got the job done quick. Will be taking the boat back for more upholstery replacements in the future. Thanks guys!

Eric and his team at Bayside are great. We recently bought a bought there and they made it a great experience. Got everything we needed tags, title, start up kit, everything we needed to get out and start having fun. DJ took out the boat with us made sure we were comfortable and knew all the features. Made the entire experience a pleasure and they will continue to get my business.

Great service and very knowledgeable staff. Show room and parts store were clean and stocked with fair priced items. 2 cycle Yamaha oil was priced very well compared to buying at the bay fill up station.

The best customer service I recieved in a long time. These days very few companies care about customers but Bayside Jet Drive prides themselves on Exceptional customer service. I drove 3.5 hours to buy my jet ski but I do NOT regret it. They are top notch.

My experience was nothing short of amazing! From Eric the owner, Sheri in the office and the entire sales and service team, the level of expertise has been unparalleled. These are trying times for everyone and especially when dealing with unexpected delivery delays, etc. Communication is top notch and every one of my "Dad" questions was answered professionally with the purchase of 2 wave runners. The level of service detail was appreciated as well - from completing the registration with DNR and even having the registration number professionally applied to the hull before pick up. It was as easy as a comprehensive demo and into the bay and go. Thanks for all of your help and making it an amazing summer for our kids!

Everyone at Bayside Jet Drive is downright AMAZING! Pre sales and after sales support can't be beat. Eric and his team including Sherri, DJ and John and all the other amazing staff members take the time to answer questions, offer training and guidance and offer the best technical jet boat advice. I've bought two Yamaha Jet boats from them in recent years (19ft and 25ft) and both purchases went without any problems even during the trying COVID times when boats were very hard to come by. Their no pressure sales, honest selling, complete transparency and fair prices will have me coming back. Service and parts departments are both excellent and for me, a newbie at jet boats, with tons of questions (mostly stupid but a few tough ones), they have ALWAYS taken the time and patience to give me expert advice and guidance. There was even a time, the weekend soon after I took delivery of my 2021 252SD in the cold winter months during the NFL playoffs Eric took the time to remotely help me on a SUNDAY when I was struggling to get the shipping cover on my new boat and could not get it to properly fit. Eric took the time, away from watching his team in the playoffs to answer my emails and guide me remotely as best he could. He even had his staff follow up with me the next day to make sure the cover was on and the boat protected from the winter weather. This experience spoke volumes to me. I felt horrible bothering Eric and his staff on a Sunday (their day off and family time) but I was in a jam and Eric and his staff took the time to respond in detail. That is how much he and his staff care about their clients. Minor problems will happen with boats but Eric and his entire team step up, stand behind their products, advocate with Yamaha on behalf of their clients, and help diagnose and fix the problem in a very timely manner. I'm actually a few hours from their dealership location so while I've bought my two boats from them I haven't yet used them for service. I've done some minor service on my own and when I've had questions they have gladly helped me at all times. One last thing.... As a newbie with a family of five we bought a 19ft first to get our feet wet and see if our family loved boating. Several months in and we decided yes we loved boating and that we actually wanted to upgrade from a 19ft to a 25ft. We called Eric and discussed our options. He was honest and told us don't trade the 19 ft boat in, he advised us to sell it privately and given COVID we were very fortunate to recoup what we paid for the 19ft boat. Again Eric who could have taken the boat on trade in and made some profit on it, instead gave us honest advice once again putting the client first. We followed Eric's advice and sold our boat in a few days privately and bought our new 25ft from Bayside Jet Drive. It was delivered a few months later even with Yamaha's COVID production delays and we love it!!! I have nothing but 5 star positive comments for Bayside Jet Drive in Berlin, MD. Give them a call if you need a boat, service or parts and give them a chance to earn your business. You will not be disappointed. Eric and the entire team: thank you VERY MUCH from our entire family.

The wife and I decided back in June 2019 we wanted to transition from jet skis to a boat with our family of 4. I dealt with a few competitors prior to learning of Bayside Jet Drive and after careful consideration we held off to get financials in order. Eric gave us sound advice on what to do and look for. Not once did him or his staff make us feel pressured or pushed into anything we didn’t want. When I felt it was time, January 8th 2020 they made the process streamlined and easy. I’m bad with names but the woman at the front desk was exceptional with us, Andrew who prepped the boat and walked us through thoroughly on every detail from maintenance to everyday use. They made sure we had everything to drop the boat in that day and it was tempting with the weather almost being 70* in January. I would 100% recommend anyone to them for business, I intend to use them for all my jet boating needs and any future purchases. Go see Eric and his staff over at Bayside Jet Drive in Berlin or the new facility in Delaware.

I contacted Ed at your Ocean View Location when our Sea Doo poped, and he personally came to our house then diagnosed and fixed our Jet Ski quite reasonably with new ordered parts........He did an amazing job for us!!!! Thanks again for sending us an extremely competent and kind technician....We will always call him back, and always refer him to our neighbors and friends if ever the need arrives in the future. Had 2 jet skis for a bunch of years and they always took care of everything from repairs/ maintenance to winterizing and shrinkwrap. Great local family owned and operated business.
