Update: Though my original experience did not go well. This company did what a good company does and they went above and beyond to make up for it. Mistakes do happen and I appreciate an organization that takes ownership and tries to make up for it. The second delivery went super smooth. Thank you Thomas!Original: This organization is completely incompetent and unprofessional. They don’t give a time for a delivery until the day before and you can’t select it. They don’t show up during the window stated. They don’t bring the parts to connect the appliance to function. They damage your appliance so you need to get a replacement. Additionally they use overseas customer service that doesn’t even know what time zone you are in. Additionally the delivery staff said comments in Spanish that were unprofessional because they didn’t realize we speak Spanish. This company really deserves zero stars. Avoid this company at all costs!

I am rating this one star because I don’t believe I can even rate it 0 stars and trust me I would if I could. Today we had our new Samsung refrigerator delivered by RXO. Sorry let me restate today RXO played bumper cars with our brand new refrigerator as well as with our old one causing an impressive amount of damage to walls, railings, floor, and even the new refrigerator. I have attached photos. The cost of repairs to our recently renovated home will cost more than our new refrigerator. We plan on filing a claim however I want to warn others about this company so they don’t have to deal with what we did today. My pregnant wife was in tears watching these two unqualified “professionals” bounce the refrigerator off the walls. They did not even have a refrigerator dolly. As someone who spent years moving furniture this job was easy as they get if they had the right equipment “refrigerator dolly,” and knew what they were doing. If you don’t remover the railings you wrap them in furniture pads. If I doorway is tight you don’t force it through you take the time to pop the hinges and take the door off. I’m honestly impressed with how much damage they did because I don’t even understand how it possible on such a simple job.

My white glove and removal service I purchased was incomplete and unsatisfactory. The mattress and adjustable base was delivered by RXO and not the removal of my old mattress and box spring. There was no set up of my new mattress and no removal of my old mattress and box spring. I was extremely disappointed to say the least for a service I paid for. It appears the delivery driver had no recollection of the white glove delivery and removal service he was supposed to do on February 24th, 2024. This was very unprofessional.

@RXO #RXO horrible service. My order was pushed back 2 weeks. The manufacturer I work for shipped a microwave I bought through them. Its sitting in their warehouse. They will not let me come pick it up either. Just because I am not paying extra for you to install it, my order keeps getting pushed back? Definetly would not recommend

Originally had some challenges with my delivery, however Thomas was amazing and helped me to resolve my issue. The delivery team were very professional and did an excellent job.

Believe the low ratings as this company is absolutely terrible. I had to pay my plumber to install a dishwasher since RXO's "installers" had no clue what to do. They will lie and make up a reason so to not install the product and leave. Shame on Samsung as well for the lack of support and contracting with this company.

RXO was supposed to deliver our bed frame from IKEA yesterday, but never showed up, and I even stayed home from work so I could receive the delivery. We called them and they said it was never routed, whatever that means. So we called IKEA back and had it rescheduled for delivery tomorrow, the 11th. I chatted in today to confirm the delivery and was told nothing is scheduled and I need to reschedule with IKEA. No one is giving me a reason why they keep failing to schedule our delivery. Last time I order from IKEA because of RXO. I understand things happen, but what I do not understand is the failure to reach out to us to tell us we need to reschedule. We’re just supposed to sit here and pray that our delivery comes?Edit: Thomas reached out to me immediately and helped get our delivery scheduled. It was a shame we had to leave a review in order to be helped but Thomas got it scheduled and it went smoothly from there.

Ordered Ikea furniture and was promised a delivery window of 12-4pm. Called customer service multiple times to confirm whether delivery was still happening since it’s been hours since 4pm. I’m repeatedly told that an ETA cannot be provided but that my furniture will still be delivered today. But they also can’t tell me the latest time they will deliver? So am I expected to answer a call at 11pm at night to receive a delivery? So ridiculous. Wasted a whole day sitting at home waiting. Never ordering anything online that uses RXO for delivery.

The set up for the delivery was great. I got my date and my time window. The driver called and stated he would arrive in 25-30 minutes, but stated they "ran out of parts" so they would be delivering my washer and dryer but they could not install them like we were promised. Now why would you schedule a call for delivery and installation but not have the parts? The driver stated someone would reach out and reschedule for an installation at a later date. I waited until 8pm for a call and never got one. So I went to the store and bought everything I needed to install my brand new washer and dryer ($60 to be exact). Now I did this so I would not lose more money by taking off another day so they could install the washer and dryer that they should have installed the same day as they were delivered. Beyond frustrated with RXO. They should of never scheduled a delivery without the correct parts.

Astoundingly incompetent. I rarely leave Google reviews, but feel compelled to do so since people should know what to expect with RXO. I received my next-day pickup window for a mattress return (and was assured when I called RXO the night before that my delivery of the new mattress would also take place on the same day as the pickup). The day of my pickup, I get a call from the RXO driver telling me that they're on the way to pick up my mattress but don't have a delivery scheduled for me. Then I get a text from RXO telling me my delivery was delayed and that they'd contact me to reschedule for another date. I call RXO immediately and am told that my delivery is still scheduled for today. So here I am waiting around not sure who to believe-- wasting my day because it's still unclear whether they're coming to deliver the new mattress or not. And still haven't gotten an update on my delivery window. Do better RXO!

I ordered a tv 11/24/23 that was originally scheduled for 12/2. Got a text saying that delivery needed to be rescheduled. So I scheduled it for 12/7, and now I get a phone call saying that RXO overbooked on deliveries for 12/7 and I need to reschedule again. I have rescheduled the delivery for 12/12, but I doubt this company will be able to fulfill their end of the bargain. Honestly, I will sadly never order from anywhere besides Amazon and Best Buy at this point. I am tired of trying to directly buy from sellers/manufacturers like LG and getting screwed by the delivery service. Shame on me.

Edit: They got it all ironed out.I had 1 of my deliveries go smoothly but my second delivery got cancelled for “locked building” because they tried the wrong entrance while delivering at 8AM on the sunday after thanksgiving. I have called their call center multiple times but have not been able to get any help even though they said they would email the local facility the first time. The call center couldn’t even realize that there were two separate deliveries and just kept telling me that my package was delivered during my second call.

Update:Received phone calls based on this post and email sent shortly after posting from local RXO warehouse team. They we very helpful and knowledgeable. They were about to communicate about the issues and resolve it. All set for delivery tomorrow now. They are great if you can get to the Beltsville RXO warehouse team. The overseas call center is awful and should be replaced.Original:I see people's reviews and Alex's most recent review about issues andthese are all still relevant.For example, I was informed my delivery had arrived at RXO hub last night and then today it was out for delivery. I then get a text to call and reschedule but the support woman states that the fridge is out for delivery and that I need to be around because they will only give 30 mins notice.So I wait. Now I get another notice and have to call back. They give me verbatim the same excuse as Alexs review and refuse to assist saying only that they will email the warehouse. They cannot answer simple questions like where is the fridge currently or why did you tell me it was on the way earlier today and now tell me that you do not have and then again that there is a hard stop hold on it. When I asked they didn't know what a hard hold meant and just repeated the line again. I have wasted a whole day and now I am supposed to keep my line open waiting for a call?? Worst experience ever!Also do not fall for the "we will call you back and hold your place in line. Tried that twice and the hung up on me as soon as I answered so I just had to wait for the 8 callers ahead of me."Total waste of my time today and no idea where my fridge is or when it will be delivered.

The 5 stars is for Adam. This review is for a relocation install. I simply just need to get my tonal back on the wall. When setting up the appointment I specifically asked for latest window possible. The day before the install I get an email that says there is a conflict with the schedule and they are moving it two days out and it says to contact them if this date is not acceptable. 30 mins later I get another email says we are still on for tomorrow. I get the window notification for 11-3 but I specifically asked to please make the latest window possible and the 11-3 was not going to work. That day the tech shows up a little after 3 and I apologize that he was not made aware that I was not available and would be rescheduling. To make a long story short the communication for scheduling is a cluster. I asked to speak to a supervisor and before I knew it Adam calls me. He sounded like he just woke up and I wasn't sure how this was going to go but he was on top of the situation from the minute he got involved to the minute it was resolved. I had access to him at all times, he stayed on top of things and followed up The last few days have been crazy and because of his outgoing personality and professional commitment I finally got my tonal on the wall. I greatly appreciate the level of customer service he has provided. The team that came out was also great and friendly!!!

Update: Right after I posted this I was put in touch with Adam and he immediately got me straight and had someone out same day. I don't know how much they are paying this guy but not enough seeing he's the one who has helped all the other reviewers. I get that mistakes happen and rely on how they are handled. Adam made sure this was handled right.My only advice is that RXO lets people reach out to the warehouses vs the outsourced help desk.... But we all know that won't ever happen.Original:What an awful company. I called yesterday to confirm that I'll be getting my delivery and installation today and that I needed to stay home from work. I never received a time frame just that it's coming today. Well now it's 10AM and I've heard nothing so I contacted them seeing my tracking still says today with no time frame and go figure they say it's not being delivered now due to capacity or something.I asked to have the direct contact information of the warehouse but they refused to give it to me. They said all I can do is have an email escalation and someone will reach out, but they cannot even guarantee if it will be today.So far it sounds like this company lied last night when I called to confirm and made me stay home from work for no reason.Last time I ever order from LG. I'll make sure I avoid any company partnered with them as well so I guess that takes out Lowes and Home Depot as well.Awful. You can't mess with people's jobs like this.
