You need to train your staff how to properly take passport photos. The girl at the counter did her absolute best with an absolutely positive attitude, but no employee should be trained only to the point where I'm telling them how to take a proper photo.
Absolute 10/10 to the girl because she really had patience & I can tell she did her absolute best; but I paid for photos that I cannot use.

I had to return three heavy boxes. A girl welcomed me with a big attitude stand by the counter and instructor me a disrespectful manner.
She referred to me to go to another UPS store the other day when I try to do notary even though it's known they have notary at this location.
They should get training a better way for customer service.

the store stuff are not helpful at all.i have no idea at all whatever their policy .i had 6 box all of them heavy and they were pre paid the lady at the counter told me place one by one at the scale to remeasure then after masuring she won’t even touching it ,she showed me to bring it to another place.my question is if i do everything what you guys get paid for?just scan the box? ridiculous. transition time 3/14/2024 around 5pm .

2-21-24 I took my 3 cell phone to the UPS location to ship back to Verizon. Verizon provided 3 QR Codes for UPS to box up and ship the phones back. The girl at the counter was a complete...... she said I had to bring them in already boxed up. I tried to explain this to her and she kept interrupting me and shaking her head no. I said, get your manager. The manager was literally 10 feet away and I had to look at her and say "well"? Before she got off her rear-end to see what I was talking about.There was no "I'm sorry, kiss my rear, go to H...." just total attitude and I had to ask for proof that I dropped off my phones!!This is the last time I will go to this store!!!!
