The staff are very helpful. The store doesn't have a smell like old mechanical equipment. It's clean, organized, and well stocked. They will help you find parts to any appliances as long as you have the serial number.

Ordered a part from their website , it was ready right away. Ended up being the wrong part (my fault). I called the store and when I arrived they had the new part ready and, even though it was more expensive, charged me the same price. I've used them many times before and am always impressed with the service. Don't order online, support local businesses.

It's a blessing to have Trible's just a short drive from home. Before you decide to order your parts online, I suggest you check here for what you may need... They're always very friendly, knowledgeable and the most cost efficient source for all things appliance related. They've been my first choice since working in the industry over a decade ago, so now as a homeowner I find myself even more grateful for their services. Thank you Trible's!

I called the store for a GE Dryer kit and the employee set the part aside for me until I picked it up less than an hour later. The parts in the kit are genuine GE parts, or OEM, whereas Amazon sells knock-off kits, i.e., non-OEM parts, that are cheaper, but are NOT worth it. The knock-off dryer parts are made inferior plastic and will not last as long as OEM parts. From now on I will first support local businesses, otherwise they might not be there in the future when we need them.

The part I needed was in stock and I was able to pick it up and finish my refrigerator repair weeks before I could have gotten someone to fix it. The counter associate was OK. Didn't seem to really like their job much. Maybe it was a bad day for them. Oh well, I will of course be back for parts if I need them.

I CALLED AND WAS ON HOLD FOR 6 minutes, the representative that answered the phone was rude and couldn't wait a minute for me to get the information that he needed ,he told me that '"he had other CUSTOMERS." Well I called back and I got disconnected immediately. I called again and my wait time doubled. I spoke with a gentian who took the information. I explained to him that the previous person was rude and inpatient. I got disconnected. I called the main office and explained all if this. I was asked "if this was a complaint call or if I just wanted to order the part."I guess customer service is a thing of the past, but so is my business and the business of any and everyone I can share this with.

Edit 9/2020: Our dishwasher was on the fritz again. With the help of YouTube, I was able to troubleshoot the issue and determine that a thermal fuse had gone bad. I was able to fix the appliance in a few hours thanks to the part I needed being available at the Beltsville store. Thank you again!Trible's is a great resource for anyone who wants to attempt a DIY home appliance fix. Compared with online sellers, Trible's prices are very competitive plus you have the benefit of getting the parts right away.I've shopped twice at the Beltsville store, and the staff has always been courteous and helpful.Thanks to Trible's and YouTube, I've managed to save hundreds (if not thousands) by fixing simple issues myself rather than replacing an appliance or being overcharged by an appliance repair company. Thank you!
