Can't get anyone to answer the phone or call back. The times I do get through to someone and place an order the parts don't show up. Don't waste your time.

Its getting really difficult to order parts it takes 2 days to get a return phone call. I always have to leave a message but Dave always takes care of me....just a thought hire some more help????will call team is very good. I never have to wait long. I drive almost 90 minutes to get there

Terrible customer service! They sold me a repair kit that did not have the right components. When I called to ask for an exchange they told me that they could not accept an open package. The only options they offered me was to call the manufacturer or to buy another set. I called the manufacturer (Sonnax) and they told me to call Transtar. Aweful, aweful, aweful! Never doing business with them again!

I got charged twice on my bank account for way more than I was told. They claimed it was for shipping which i was never told anything about shipping charges. Also I was told that both parts i ordered could be sent together in on box which also was a lie. I will not order from them again i do not like to be told a price and then that not be truly whats taking out of my bank account.
